Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Paddington Station, making it convenient for travel and exploring London. The staff received consistent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to assist with luggage and provide local recommendations. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.
