They could have checked the engine oil level before giving the car for a week long usage. I got it with very low engine oil were in the middle of the week it already giving me a oil change warning all the time makes me worry with all my driving. This location is different from the car rental center, is only open from 8AM to 4 PM, and the street name has been changed though both Kayak and Dollar have not updated this in their systems. There is not a shuttle service from the Airport to this location so you have to Uber it to get there. Taking that cost into consideration, you don’t save any money renting a car from here plus getting there and back can be quite a hassle. It’s a shame because the service was great otherwise.2.0 Poor

I was able to select a pickup time of 10PM, yet the counter closes at 10PM? We waited in line for the airport shuttle and travelled all the way over to just have to backtrack to a Uber and not get the car until the next morning. The wait the following Morning was over an hour in line.Fox

I wanted to rent from the airport location, but I actually rented from a satellite location. When I took the shuttle to the rental center I was told that I was at the wrong location. I then had to take a taxi to pick up my car. Enterprise would not let me drop it off at the airport, so I was really stuck at drop off time because I had no way to get to the airport. I'm not sure where the mix up was, but I probably missed something on kayak's website.10.0 Wonderful

The price for the rental was horrible. When I aeiived to get my rental I was informed that the size of my selection was too small for my party size. In order to get a larger vehicle, an upgrade I have to pay $40 per day more. While this is common practice, after doing a price comparison I found that the tots price ended up being almost $700 more than any other company for the same class vehicle. This is the first time this has ever happened. Then to add insult into injury, we found that the vehicle was significantly damaged. Almost as if it was the last car on the lot. It was almost midnight and my family and I were extremely tiered and didn’t notice the damage until the next day. After I payed for the vehicle including deposit. I didn’t have enough money to wait for a refund and rent another vehicle. I feel completely played.2.0 Poor

Had booked car for date at 7pm. Since we picked up car at 829pm, the paper showed that information. We asked the man at counter about when we need to return. He said it's 24 hours so that it will be 829pm. When we pick up the car and asked the lady at the pickup counter she said that it was what was printed and that it was 7pm return. We mentioned how the man had explained about 24 hours but she again said that what was written was that 7pm pick up time that was the one they look for and that ii need to go back and change that information. So we did went back and that man then said he will take care of us and the lady later. He reprint the form with the new pickup time as 829pm. So if we did not go back for the change and had return Ed the car after 8pm, will we be charged extra?.2.0 Poor

I saw other poor reviews but chose to ignore them. In retrospect, I wish I would have not gone with this company. Simply put, we rented a van but received a Dodge Journey SUV. Upon arrival, I was told this was the largest vehicle they had. Without luggage, this wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. However, there were five of us with five carry-on suitcases and five full backpacks. It simply wasn’t enough room. It was clear that there wasn’t an alternative vehicle that could be acquired, so I asked if any sort of credit could be given for having to go with a smaller vehicle. The kind worker went and asked who I presume was the head manager if a credit was possible. I was close enough to hear and see the interaction of the worker asking if a credit was possible. The head manager sharply responded “No…it’s a seven passenger vehicle. They ordered a seven passenger vehicle.” Clearly the head manager was only willing to consider a single point that was convenient for him and was unwilling to consider additional factors. The impact on our experience was the ride was significantly more cramped than we anticipated or desired. Also, I never was able to have full visibility out of the rear window due to luggage being stacked all of the way to the ceiling. Also, if your plane is arriving after 9 or 10 p.m., this company does not have a check-in on-site at the airport. It takes an additional shuttle to get to the place of business. If I had to do it again, I would have considered going with an agency that had a rental counter at the airport and that was available 24/7. This is no fault of Ace, but we found ourselves “stuck” at the airport due to them not having 24/7 access and our arriving just after the last Ace shuttle ran to the car pick-up site. One more thing…we also had an issue with them sending a text the morning of drop-off saying our vehicle was late despite the time I had established through Kayak not having arrived yet (I.e. the text came around 9 a.m. and our drop-off time was 11 a.m.). It’s not necessary to get into all of the details, but they charged us an additional day because they claimed we were overdue based on the original time the vehicle was picked up. But remember, we picked up our vehicle AFTER the time we said we would pick it up because we couldn’t get there the night before and dropped it off on-time on the day that it was due. In summary, while the price was great, it was simply a poor experience that moving forward I will consider paying extra to be able to deal with a more reputable company.10.0 Wonderful

Great customer service, Rommie waited for me to get off the bus at the RentACar and helped me into my audi A4 quick. Easy, no hidden fees, everything was upfront on the app. The drop off was easy too, Jonny got me to my bus stop after checking in the vehicle, again they were fast and made it super easy. No lines, no service table, just get picked up and dropped off. You get what you pay for, great brand spanking new car!! Will definitely rent again!Cons:

The other major rental companies were open. I was charged WAY more than the originally quoted price on the website. The guy at the at the rental desk when I went to pick up hassled me about insurance, and let me believe that when all was finally said and done (an hour later) that the price difference didn't actually end up being much more. In reality it was $230 over the original quote, more than twice what I had planned. He also claimed that he upgraded me to a "luxury four-door vehicle" because it was my birthday, but I never reserved a 2-door compact to begin with. It was all sketchy from the beginning. I had problems adjusting my reservation to make it longer (8 days) once it was booked. It was really difficult to even find a number to call to talk to an actual person. I had problems with email confirmations. I had to take two shuttles to get their Las Vegas rental center (which isn't recognized on GPS, by the way, and goes by the name of Verve). The only nice thing about this was the car -- I liked what I drove, and it was clean -- and the shuttle driver was very nice. Even so, I will never book with Economy again. The hidden costs and extreme difference in quoted price vs. actual price was absolutely infuriating.2.0 Poor

Economy Las Vegas rental car was far and a way the worst experiences I have had with a rental agency or any company for that matter. They were embarrassingly slow, rude and incompetent. I have traveled with business for over 20 years and they win the prize.4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
The shuttle driver to and from the airport was very nice.Cons:
Our rental did not come with a license plate. It had a registration card in the front window but that didn't stop the police from pulling us over for not having a license plate. Also the car I booked was through economy renta but was outsourced to verve rental which I have never heard of. They wanted put a hold on my credit card for way more than my actual rental cost which I was not aware of at the time of booking.4 locations in Las Vegas
