Pros:Seat was very uncomfortable, crew was very busy and unprofessional, had to ask for a cup of tea 5 times never had it. Will never ever use LOT again.
Pros:Nothing, we were waiting for border for 3 hours, and the reason was they waiting for another 3 people. That is not acceptable.
