When I arrived to pick up the car I was told that there was an 1 hour wait for a car. Unless I took an EV car which they said was the kayak reservation which is an error in the kayak hertz system as I didn’t reserve an EV car.Reviewed 11 Sep 2023

No car when we got there.Madge the lady we worked with great but her hands were tied. Waited an hour and a half.Manager drove off when he knew we wanted to speak to him and were flagging him down. On return got yelled at by the lot attendant for coming in the exit and not parking at the gas pump Thought there was only one way in and out. No signs at all. He was just miserable.
