I had a car rented for an 8:30am pickup and when I got there they said they wouldn’t have a ar for at least 2 hours. There were no cars to be had so I have to Uber to and from Rochester MN for $200+.Reviewed 16 Apr 2023

When I entered the vehicle it smelled like smoke. After driving it a bit we realized the smell was of marijuana. After driving to Florida with newly purchased air fresheners I started looking for the source. I found 2 sizable buds under the drivers side passenger seat along with a large amounts of loose leaves. Unfortunately this did not fix the issue. We had to drive back to Mn with that nasty smell. Very dissatisfied by my experience and am telling all who will listen. I will be expecting some or all of my money returned.Reviewed 12 Apr 2023

When I went to the Hertz counter at terminal 2 in Minneapolis at 9:pm on Saturday Jan, 7, 2023 they were closed. Me, my disabled wife in a wheelchair and three bags were informed that we needed to take a shuttle to terminal 1 to get the car. It was 8 degrees and we had come from South Florida, and were in shorts. What an outrage! We had to take a $120.00 cab to our location. We were originally told it would take 2 hours to get our truck; totally understandable since it was a holiday weekend. We waited 5 hours to then be told they didn’t have any trucks. Luckily we were given an SUV instead but the fact that they rented us a car they didn’t have was very frustrating and the waiting with no communication was awful.Reviewed 28 Dec 2022

When we arrived at the Hertz counter we were told that it would be a 1-2 hour wait before a car was ready. We were also told that they could only phone us when the car was ready if we were in the terminal. The counter agent was worthless. We cancelled our Hertz rental and went to another car rental agency.Reviewed 17 Dec 2022
