Confusion between French side and Swiss side; originally got told to go through Swiss part regardless but they had no record of the res even. Car smelled ferociously like cat pee. Pick up was easy tho they really pushed additional insurance that I had already purchased. Car was nice a BMW X1. They didn’t advise on how the GPS worked.
