Cons: I found using the Internet frustrating. It would just die when I was using it. I tried to downloading a library book and could not do it. Then I paid for the upgrade Internet and it would stop working while I was downloading. The "free" internet was slow.

Cons: The service of shuttle

Cons: Not a dislike, but I was "upgraded" from the basic room to the next level of room (because of availability). The upgrade was a typical European-style room; clean and modern, yet somewhat compact. The size was more than sufficient for my needs, but I am left wondering what the "basic" room was like...

Cons: The price of food was a bit high, even for Euro standards. $28 euro per person for breakfast seems a bit extreme.

Cons: Terrible customer service starting at the shuttle at the airport. The service did not improve at any point of our stay. We are a couple with a baby and we had 3 bags, a stroller, a car seat and two backpacks and no one offered any help loading or unloading the luggage off the shuttle (while all other shuttles at the airport provided that service for their guests ie Holiday Inn). Nothing changed in the hotel either, we dragged all the bags by ourselves from the shuttle to the room, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The following morning we were trying to take a shuttle but the lady shut the door in front of us while we were trying to bring all the luggage to the bus. The room was ok but a bit small. The satellite TV is lacking entertainment programs in English language.

Cons: Rooms looked dated

Cons: The breakfast is expensive. Perhaps you could offer other options than the full buffet. E.g., continental buffet, order eggs and toast, etc.

Cons: We stood in line for two hours to get our confirmed room. Delta had cancelled flights and there was a long line of people wanting a room. I mentioned twice that we were confirmed guests and should be compensated for our long wait in line. We were ignored both times.

Cons: nothing

Cons: I booked this hotel through Kayak and at check-out the hotel staff refused to give me a receipt, which I needed in order to get reimbursed by my office. Internet was a bit slow in the room and in the business center.

Cons: No gift shop - wanted a watch in a display case, but no one could open it for me between 8pm and 6 am...

Cons: room too basic Not a 5 star hotel but rather 4...

Cons: wifi never worked in my room

Cons: The wifi was awful- neither of us were able to connect at all using the free wifi.

Cons: The room was great. The reception staff was fine as well. However, I had dinner at the bar restaurant and the service was poor. I waited over 20 min for a server to even bring a menu. Food was good. But, as I was ready to pay, it was another 20 min. And I was not the only customer who experienced this. If you want to claim to be a 4 stat hotel, you need to do better. Especially when the plate is 20+ euro. This was rather disappointing

Cons: Internet should be improved, it does not hace great coverage in all rooms. After they moved us to another room Speed was ok.

Cons: Parking as 20 Euro a night but it was just across the street.

Cons: Phone connection to the reception did'nt work so had to go all the way down each time that I wanted to talk to them. That needed to be done often as no crib was supplied for our 6 month although explicitly requested. Upon arrival no crib was in the room, so another request was made, but after being our for the entire evening, upon return no crib was yet in the room. Overall a nice hotel in a good location but disappointed by this issues that were not solved promptly.

Cons: They charge for internet in the rooms, water, everything. They also take a security deposit at check in.

Cons: paying for wifi is just stupid at this point.

Cons: Our toilet seat was dirty when we got in (it got cleaned, and we got some chocolate), and it took about 10 minutes to get checked in because of a slow customer and not enough front desk staff, but it wasn’t too bad.

Cons: Challenge right now with all the construction of roads and buildings around the hotel area. Little tougher than usual to get in and out ... not the hotel's fault.

Cons: The immediate environs are meh. No bars or restaurants close by.

Cons: Restaurant is on the pricey side. I had a poor service experience when I went there for dinner. I started giving my order, and the waitress suddenly walks off to another table that was getting seated, returning 10 minutes later to take my order. Once done eating, it took 20 minutes to get the waitress' attention to get my check, and the restaurant was only about one-third full. I think it was just my particular waitress, for the other seemed to be paying more attention to all her tables. I decided on room service after that, and had a mixed experience. Once it came quickly, the other time it took close to an hour, although I was occupied, so didn't mind.

Cons: No kiosk/amenities available other than drinks in a machine. Needed to source basic painkillers but none available and staff completely unwilling to help in any way. Not even offered first aid kit access. Very poor from a reputable international chain. Would not use again.

Cons: I went to get on the shuttle and was told I should have reserved a place. Was not informed of this when I called the night before to check on times. Ended up having to pay $10 for a taxi

Cons: I was NOT told that it was necessary to reserve a place on the shuttle bus and found out 5 min before the bus would have left that it was full! I needed to take a taxi to the airport. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room.

Cons: No complimentry water in room No english channels on tv.

Cons: The facility was showing it’s age.

Cons: 4 Euro charge for the shuttle to go 500 Meters to the airport.

Cons: The rooms have walls that were paper thin. A family with kids was next to me and they were very loud. The breakfast was 20€ - bit steep for a breakfast, it's not the Waldorf Astoria. The staff never mentioned that you need to book a "token" on the shuttle but to get to the airport. I refused to get out because I'd been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins waiting and that was not my fault (or problem). But it was annoying.

Cons: The airport shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and they charge 4 euro to use it. And the 'free wifi' was too busy to log in to the whole time of my stay. So, basically the only things one really needs at an airport hotel sucked!

Cons: The staff kept hounding me for my "voucher." I explained that I booked through Kayak and there was no voucher. I showed them my receipt, emailed them the receipt twice and printed the receipt out and gave it to Laura on the second night of the stay. Then, when I check out, they ask me for the voucher again! I get back to the U.S. and get an email from them...wanting the voucher. I expect that they'll charge me twice for the room and I'll have to do a charge back through my credit card. The beds are not fit for human consumption. P.S. a "double" room does not mean two beds - it means that you get a room that does not have the toilet and shower completely open!? They charged us 40 euro/night for a roll-away.

Cons: Nothing, all went smoothly

Cons: Rooms very small with no amenities, no minibar or fridge. Bathroom super small. They charged €3.50 to take the shuttle back to the Airport.

Cons: That I was told they could not guaranty a wake-up call as they were having problems with their system. As I had an early flight, I awoke at 3 and did not take a chance on going back to sleep for fear of missing my flight. Ended up that the system did work, and the hotel also followed up 15 minutes later to ensure that I was awake.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: We couldn't use underground parking because we were there for just a night, instead we had to use parking outside and every time we drive out we had to use the key from the front desk, which was very inconvenient. Also, we bought a glass of milk and water and the price was too high.

Cons: Rooms too small for a family with 3 pieces of luggage. Shuttle is shared with 4 hotels. Service staff is not available if needed late (had to change rooms because they were out of soap)

Cons: Check in time at 2 pm a little late, rude desk staff member.
