Pros: Lovely spacious room, everything as described on their website. Good breakfast, very helpful and welcoming staff. Very close to large shopping mall, which worked well for me as I had just worn out one pair of shoes. Travelling to Frankfurt hbf was simple, though a bit longer than indicated - 8 minute walk, 25 minutes on train.

Pros: The location was perfect for me because it was a short walk to everything I needed, especially public transportation. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast is well worth the money. Having eggs cooked to order as part of the buffet was a nice touch. The thing that makes Hotel Borger truly impressive though is the friendly and helpful staff. They genuinely want their guests to have a pleasant stay and I did.

Pros: Very nice location outside the city very close to where I needed to be for a meeting. If you have the same need, this is perfect. It is a simple European small hotel in a residential city mixed-use area. Nothing special yet perfectly perfect.

Pros: Lovely spacious room, everything as described on their website. Good breakfast, very helpful and welcoming staff. Very close to large shopping mall, which worked well for me as I had just worn out one pair of shoes. Travelling to Frankfurt hbf was simple, though a bit longer than indicated - 8 minute walk, 25 minutes on train.
Cons: There were a few stairs and no lift, including occasional single steps, which caught me out a couple of times. When staff were around ( which they usually were) they helped with my bags. Tr

Cons: I’m hard pressed to think of anything here. My stay went smoothly, no problems at all. If I did have a problem, I’m sure it would have been rectified quickly via the superb staff.

Pros: Good location right next to Hessen-Center underground station. Direct trains to the old town and the main station. There is a shopping area close by and it's ideal if you are going to watch FSV Frankfurt football as it is only 5 minutes from here. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast although pricey was substantial.

Cons: The only downside is that the hotel was on the outskirts of town, a bit far from attractions, dining, and entertainment options. I did not mind too much because I was pleased with the experience overall.

Cons: Not a dislike more an observation - the hotel is located in an area of Commerical offices and light commercial warehouses etc. We had a car so the local area didn’t matter.

Cons: AC seemed old and was very weak. If the weather is warm just consider no air-conditioning in the room, it is useless. We had it on all day and it didn't cool the room. Staff isn't technically prepared. I had a technical problem using the internet access code given at the reception, and as it was weekend no one could help solving it so I ended without internet.

Pros: We were here for the first time and it will not be our last time. Since we arrived we had such an great and warm welcoming. The staff was nice from morning until the evening. Every time a smile on the face. I guess you could ask anything they will try to help you out. The Hotel at itself is a nice place to be in Frankfurt am Main. You are not far away from the city traffic but you can enjoy the silence at this place to. The rooms were different. Since we booked two rooms and the design of the rooms was not the same. I think this is a great idea. Every room got an own touch and an own style. The breakfast was good at all. I think the best part was that you could enjoy the breakfast at the terrace with a beautiful view.

The 23m2 room was great! nice furnitures and big bathroom. There is also a small kitchen with induction system - but unfortunately there were no pans or pots. Free to use also a coffee machine Nespresso (capsules included).

Cons: I didn't know I should have asked in advance for a room with balcony (which was my choice on booking). Therefore, the first night I have been located in a smaller room with no balcony. It was a cute room but I was not happy about that. Luckily the bigger room with balcony was free for the next two nights and the staff was very nice to locate me there. Besides that, in the big room it was not fully possible to use the kitchen - as I said before - and the hairdryer was not working. Pity there was no table in the balcony but just a tiny chair. In general, a very nice hotel that I fully recommend.
