Our car was not there on time so the gentlemen offered us two alternatives. One was a minivan. We had reserved a large suv. We took the minivan and asked if there would be a discount because on the websites, the minivans were cheaper than the large suvs. He said no, the vans are actually more expensive. Then he pulls the van up and it’s dirty inside and out. We were already behind because of the car not being there, but then had to clean it also. We were disappointed and I saw that with other customers at the location also.Reviewed 14 Aug 2021

Cons:We registered online and received a confirmation number. Arrived at Enterprise on a Thursday only to find out that we did not have a car reserved but were placed on a waiting list, 11th in line on the list and wouldn't have a car available for us until Monday afternoon or Tues. If there are no cars available, the website should not reserve vehicles they do not have! We ended up going to a dealership and buying a car. So frustrating!!!Reviewed 26 Mar 2021
