Pros:Drop off & pick up were very easy. Staff was friendly. Was able to find a small SUV to accommodate our party.Cons:Reservation was for a large 4 door sedan. We were assigned a 2 door car. I explained to the staff member we were a party of 5 and I reserved a 4 door car. He was quickly able to find us a small SUV. Pros:The pick-up staff was really friendly.Cons:I feel like we were set up to pay more for this rental from the start. I clearly marked we would only need it for one day, but by the time we got to the drop-off location, it was closed until the following Tuesday (2 extra days). I could not find any information on how to drop off the car to meet up deadline, and when I called Enterprise, they weren't open. Also, the pick up agent was trying to claim we caused hail damage, but I didn't drive through or have any hail during when I had the car. Thank god I didn't drop it off without someone there, because who knows what else they would've tried to pull on us. Now, I've been charged for 3 days & the damage to the car I didn't do. Pros:Staff was nice. Put up was not organized, but car was clean and ready.Cons:Picked enterprise because of Riverwalk location. Day before pickup, I called to confirm, and found out car was at a location that was a $13 Uber from our hotel. Added at least another $26 to rental cost.Reviewed 25 May 2020

Pros:Rented here multiple times in the last year, after leaving another rental company. I've been upgraded too for no extra cost a couple times, just due to the low availability of vehicles. A staff member acknowledges you almost immediately. Very little wait time. Had one management trainee personally clean a vehicle, when he didn't have to, and got me on may way. Front office staff have been absolutely professional each and every time, and enjoy a good conversation. Vehicles have thus far been top notch.Cons:Maybe it's time Enterprise provide this store with a bigger parking lot, more vehicles, but with the exact same staff members.Reviewed 1 Feb 2020
