Pros:The pick-up staff was really friendly.Cons:I feel like we were set up to pay more for this rental from the start. I clearly marked we would only need it for one day, but by the time we got to the drop-off location, it was closed until the following Tuesday (2 extra days). I could not find any information on how to drop off the car to meet up deadline, and when I called Enterprise, they weren't open. Also, the pick up agent was trying to claim we caused hail damage, but I didn't drive through or have any hail during when I had the car. Thank god I didn't drop it off without someone there, because who knows what else they would've tried to pull on us. Now, I've been charged for 3 days & the damage to the car I didn't do.
