It took more than an hour to get my car at the OKC airport. Neither of the 2 employees could get their tablets to work. Enterprise allows customers to reserve cars online that pick-up at airport locations and return to city locations. Apparently this isn't supported internally at Enterprise and causes all kinds of issues. I had to go back to the airport the next day to try to get my rental straightened out since phone customer support was useless. I returned the car to the agreed upon city location in Houston but they were unable to give me a receipt because of the aforementioned issue with picking up and dropping off at other locations. I was told I would be contacted by the OKC airport location but I returned several days ago and am still waiting. I've had great experience with Enterprise in the past but they shouldn't allow customers to book rentals that they can't support internally. This entire experience has been a fiasco with lots of wasted hours and phone calls.Reviewed 23 Aug 2021

Pros:Fairly efficient check out and check in, convenient location.Cons:The car smelled of cigarette smoke. I could tell the rental company had cleaned it, but that smell can't be taken out. It was an unpleasant experience.Reviewed 13 May 2021

Pros:Under the circumstances, the staff was quite accommodating. When I arrived for pick-up, there was not a car available and the staff could not give me a time frame for when I would be getting a car. I mentioned that I had to be in Wichita, KS (from OKC) by 4pm (It was a little after 11AM). When a car became available, it was at the airport location and still needed to be cleaned up and driven to the I-240 location. Instead of making me wait, a staff person drove me over to the airport to the car so I would not have to wait longer than necessary for someone to bring it to me. This was really helpful and I appreciated it.Cons:Obviously, a car waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time would have been ideal, but it worked out and, again, the staff was handled it well.Reviewed 20 Apr 2021

Cons:Enterprise cancelled my reservation without telling me. When I showed up to pick up my car they claimed they had tried calling me and that I also should have made the reservation several days in advance which made no sense since I had in fact made the reservation several days in advance. I’m not sure if it is a company wide policy to cancel reservations without confirming with the customer or just this one rental agent who messed up but luckily for me I was able to make other arrangements.Reviewed 17 Nov 2020
