This office called me two hours before I was supposed to pick up my car and told me they would not have a car for me that day or the next. The earliest they would have a car for me would be on day 3 of a 4 day rental. This could have been disastrous if I had absolutely had to have a car that day. Don’t use enterprise unless you don’t really need a car. They won’t have one for you.Reviewed 12 Mar 2023

Amazing service. With a rental car shortage and a company I rent with 60+ days each year that wasn't able to help me out, Enterprise (and especially this location and staff) went out of their way to take care of me.Reviewed 25 Jul 2021

Site showed full availability for rental cars so I booked through Kayak. Next morning I received a call from Enterprise saying "well we actually don't have any cars available right now, sorry". Not sure why I was able to reserve a car if there weren't any availableReviewed 22 Jul 2021
