10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly, accommodating staff, and covered parking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Free shuttle, breakfast
Cons: Broken fixtures in room, loud fan unit
5.0 Okay
Pros: Generous check out time and good waffles.
Cons: Housekeeping came a little early, bathroom was not very clean, bedsheets were not very clean and had odors, and towels had someone's else hairs on them.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
1.0 Poor
Cons: I should’ve turned around the second I stepped off the elevator. The hall carpets were covered in stains and smelled. The room seemed shabby, but okay. In the morning however, I saw the bathroom ceiling was moldy and a roach crawling up the wall.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff member who checked us in was really friendly and even upgraded our room from a single double bed to a king!
Cons: Immediately upon arrival we were unable to get into the first sliding doors because they were locked, (entrance in drive in front of parking garage), so we had to walk around the building. After check-in we were immediately approached by a homeless man who asked us for money. Made us a little uncomfortable that he was hanging out around the cars on property waiting for guests to come out. Then when we went to park our car, several other questionable people approached us. An hour later we wanted to grab something from our car and as soon as one foot stepped outside the hotel sliding doors we were approached by another homeless couple. When we went back into the building this couple started slamming on the glass door trying to get our attention. A few hours later as we were getting in bed, the fire alarm started going off. We woke up and started to head into the hallway but weren’t sure if it was an actual emergency... called the front desk and they told us that someone had just burned something in their room but we were safe. Seemed odd that not enough time had passed for the fire department to get there to check everything out, and obviously inconvenient to be woken up. Staff was friendly, but overall environment didnt feel safe.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very cordial. I am glad they had a hot breakfast this morning.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was great. All staff except housekeeping was so polite and friendly. Very helpful and sweet.
Cons: The front desk, kitchen, and various other staff were polite and helpful...but the housekeeping staff is incredibly lazy. First room was VERY dirty in both areas. Both areas just needed someone to do a thorough job. Was moved to another room that was better. The housekeeping never cleaned our room and when we asked for something we were told they didn't have it. The housekeeping is the ONLY reason I will never return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and made sure that our family of 5 were comfortable.
Cons: I liked breakfast but because of the pandemic we had to eat in our rooms. I understood though because they didn’t want anyone to get sick.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the downtown la Quinta work well together taking care of detail .
Cons: The staff is wonderfully. The breakfast was great .The grounds were very clean.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were all much too thick; I didn't have an option for earth-friendly room service. The restaurant options were not great. Getting into the hotel was tough (weird position, unclear signage). Door key barely worked.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved my river view & the room was very nice.
Cons: The hotel didn't give my parking pass at checkout so that was a complication as well as getting my luggage in from the parking garage. A little pricey for a week day in my opinion.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: when I arrived at 12:30 am (after midnight) there was no reservation for me. This required me to spend another hour trying to get it figured out so got to bed at 1:30am! I still have not resolved the issue and do not know if I will be billed twice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was in a great location and easy access to many restaurants. Liked the cookies at check in.
Cons: Everything was fine, nothing major although the breakfast buffet was $14 and wasn’t much different than many hotels have included in their price. Also, I wish they would have been a little more accommodating regarding a late check out time. My husband was doing the marathon and I was hoping they would let us have a later checkout so he could shower before we drove home but I was told 1 was the latest, even though I am a Hilton Honors member.
5.0 Okay

Pros: Hotel was clean! Happy hour was awesome.
Cons: I was assigned handicapped room. The room should be available for a person with a disability
6.7 Good
Cons: Was 6:30 before I got my room cause us to Miss happy hour
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The bathtub was stopped up, someone hit my car in the parking lot and they don't even have cameras outside to at least get a report done, the staff wasn't concerned at all about what happened. One of the staff stopped in the parking lot as I'm doing the police report and says oh it's not that bad. How inconsiderate to say while I'm standing with the police for a hit and run and he can't even get a description of who did it cause their too cheap to put cameras outside but have the nerve to charge for parking. The other staff member didn't want to give her name for the police report cause I guess she has warrants or something. Completely disappointed!!!

Pros: It was very clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: First time here. Definitely more amazing than I had expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They were the most friendly and efficient staff I have seen in a long time. While waiting to check in, they helped many other people in the process and honestly, I just can’t say enough good things!
Cons: Nothing!
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel and room itself looked very nice and clean.
Cons: The choices for breakfast weren’t that great. Either scrambled eggs that have the appearance of powdered eggs, or an omelette (great!) with Veggies that seemed like they were day old leftover pizza toppings (black olives??). The bed was super uncomfortable and the option to watch our own content via Chromecast didn’t work, so it was eerily silent :|
1.0 Poor
Pros: The Staff was warm an inviting during checking in and checking out.
Cons: The carpet and floors were dirty. The next morning, I was unable to shower because the tube was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for sometime. Around the water drain in the bottom of the tube it was pink from a water buildup.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bar people are more than excellent and people making the food and serving it. Excellent!!! Excellent!!! The front desk was excellent too other than not telling about the $300.00 charge. Great location.
Cons: When we checked in i asked if they had any rooms close to the elevator because i was on crutches and Rachael the front desk manager said yes and she put me in the middle of a hallway and i had to walk up and down this very steep ramp. I They let me use the wheelchair and i finally got moved closer to everything. She should have known that was to far from the elevator. Also i got charged $300.00 0n my card for extra expense beside my room rate and they did not tell me that when i checked in. I have worked in a hotel before and i know you should tell people things like that when they check in.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Given that it cost $-- a night, I expected it to be about 1/3rd as clean, quiet, nice, and convenient as a normally priced hotel in the area. It exceeded those expectations. It was not a "nice" place, but it was quiet and sanitary enough for one night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: There was no breakfast only grab and go which was fine with us. They gave us a few dishes and we made our own breakfast. We were able to take our small dog. The property was well located and plenty of parking
Cons: The carpet in the room needed replaced. There was no free internet. We had to leave $100 cash deposit before we could have our room. We were not told that when we booked. We got the suite that had a kitchen. We were given well used cooking pot and pan.
7.0 Good
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blanket was like laying in a thorny bush wrapped around you.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was in an convenient location!
Cons: I don't like that you have to pay a cash deposit that is not on ANY of their materials or website. I also didn't like the feeling of being checked behind when things in the room weren't even operating right!
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice staff, convenient location. Room was clean
Cons: Needs updating, no coffee maker, bathroom fan didn't work and I was not told in advance about the $100 deposit
6.0 Good
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: I had old food, on the floor in the kitchen. The refrigerator was not clean.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Didn't stay and was told I wouldn't be charged but was
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was nice
Cons: The room I had was incredibly dusty and nothing cleaned off I spent after a 10 hour drive and arriving at 330 am cleaning the room until 5 am in order to unpack and sleep I finally gave up after many pictures and went to sleep and woke up and went to front desk and the general manager Antwan took me to see another room in which I pointed out the same issues dusting and touchable surfaces not cleaned but we changed rooms I cleaned that room and we stayed the remainder of our time there...it is a non smoking facility and the people staying below me were smoking out of there window...the common areas need to be dusted and wiped down and vacuumed more. The exercise equipment did not work at all....the washer smelled of old basement and after paying $2 to wash and $2 to dry a load upon folding my clothes most were still wet and one of the machines ripped 3 pair of my leggings at the pocket area. No breakfast...the grab and go breakfast was smooshed granola bars and muffins that were always empty or only had 1 left around 845-9am when we went down...the coffee was good! Wish it was available all day or at least had a coffee pot in our room... We asked for dishes and utensils and cookware when we checked in and was told they had nothing but plates bowls and cups (which we got and used and left in the room) I had to go buy utensils, pans to cook, and cleaning products to RECLEAN both rooms we were in...all in all when I move down to Arkansas I will apply to work here and hope I’m hired to make a we’ll need change, my background is housekeeping supervising in which I mentioned to all staff there during my complaints and asked many times if they needed a housekeeping supervisor and was told the current one has been there 6 years!! All I said was “and these rooms are acceptable?!!” Y’all need a new housekeeping supervisor and I can be that one that will change the way guest see your property...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was perfect it even has a dishwasher, close to my job and in a convenient location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how spacious this room was. I had been on the road for several days, and having the luxury of a full kitchen, as well as a seating area for watching TV was quite nice. The grab-and-go breakfast was also highly convenient for my road trip.
Cons: The floor felt a bit like it was on an angle. Specifically, the toilet felt tilted when I sat down? Though this didn't affect the quality of my stay, it did leave the hotel feeling a bit odd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The price was great and listed as a 1 Star but it is far nicer than the rating and it was in a great location
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They took care of my needs right away
Cons: None to mention

Pros: Convenient location off the expressway with ample restaurants and stores nearby, mall next door. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of green space to walk the dogs with no extra fees!! Very nice for the price! Staff very friendly and accommodating! Hot breakfast consisted of Waffles you make but plenty of other continental options including fresh fruit and yogurt. Would stay here again.

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were very soft. It was also nice to see that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We didn't use the microwave, but it was a nice touch.
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

Pros: The fact that THEY credited back the money I was over charged..
Cons: Quality of the room as a whole..breakfast wasn't aswell..
5.0 Okay
Pros: The building, rooms are great
Cons: There was an incident in the hotel that didn't involve us. We paid for another night at the hotel and the management told us that we couldn't stay due to the incident that didn't involve us. I spent was all the money that I have. No refund until tomorrow.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice area with lots of food and shopping places near by. Easy access. Attractive well maintained property and grounds. Has a safe feel. Common areas clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room heat/air unit controlled by wall thermostat and unit ran quietly. Breakfast items good but limited to mostly standard fare, and that area is well maintained during open hours. Late checkout available. Very good value for the price. Would stay there again.
Cons: Smoking allowed in close proximity to entrance door. Only hot breakfast items were waffles, toast, and coffee/tea. Corners of floor in bathroom needed more attention from housekeeping. Dust/dirt buildup there gives a negative impression especially when other areas are clean as expected. TV channels in room limited and menu guide did not correspond to the actual channels available. Fridge in room does not have a freezer section.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Thr room we were in was on the corner of the high traffic hallway and very loud!! The room we were stuck in was handicapped. There were only 3 lumpy pillows. We stay here often and were very dissatisfied this stay.

6.3 Good
Cons: Killed a roach in our room
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not much of anything.
Cons: First room was disgusting. Hairs, bugs, damages. They switched me to another tower that wasn’t much better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. We arrived earlier than we had anticipated, and they graciously allowed us an early check in. The lady at the front desk was supper friendly and helpful!
Cons: The complimentary breakfast wasn’t good (in my opinion). You can order (at a cost) from the menu, and we didn’t try that. Then, just a few small disappointments...There was no clock in our room (however the lady at the front desk was able to locate one for us, and she brought it to our room.), and all of the tv channels do not work. (The staff member told us the tv situation was due to the fact that direct tv and the local channels were in a conflict).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean, and friendly staff.
Cons: Our room keys kept malfunctioning so we had to get new ones. Also, the side door closest to our room did not work so we had to call the front desk to let us in every time we left and returned or wouldve have to park elsewhere and walk far.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location and friendly staff

Pros: Staff was quick to respond to issues. Room was good size, had a refrigerator and microwave
Cons: TV placed far from bed. 1st room had missing window shears and no hangers. Loud neighbors playing music and talking loud at 2am
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the facility looked as if they haven’t been cleaning/vacuuming the carpets. The bed had small dirt stains on the pillows and the white bed covers had lots of black lint. They failed to tell me at the front desk that breakfast would not be served the next morning “due to coronavirus” after paying over $100 to stay. I didn’t find out until this morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall comfort. Quiet.
Cons: For a handicap room, the toilet paper holder was too far from the toilet.

Pros: The room was huge. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is new. I loved the size of the room and bathroom. Parking was easy and there were plenty of restaurants for dinner near the hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was very skimpy compared to other hotels. The only hot food was waffles and breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved. The only yogurt had sucralose. blech! For the price I paid there should have been more healthy breakfast choices.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The size of our room was great but my son was not given the room we ask and it was smaller.
Cons: Our son came in Sat for a wedding. Both times we ask we were assured that he could have a early check in and be close to us. He was given a lesser room and did not get in till about 3:15 which made getting to the wedding VERY stressful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We did not make it to breakfast. But my husband said everything looked good. I was 7 months at the time of our stay and I can't really move around much due to being on bedrest.. so we missed out! But everything within the room was great! I love the mattress, pillows, shower, bathroom, kitchen area, privacy, the location to restaurants and stores... Just everything! I would love for us to have another stay before the baby gets here, so I can have an opportunity to relax and rest again. I think 204 was our suite and I think that will be our requested suite whenever we visit again. I do the reviews. My husband, Norris, is not a review person
Cons: There was nothing to not like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best part of the hotel is definately the bed. My wife and I have stayed in cheaper brand hotels, and more expensive brand hotels in several different states, and this hotel had the most comfortable bed that we've ever slept in.
Cons: The only 2 things that I didn't like about this hotel. One was that there were no vending machines on any floor. The other thing was that the toilet paper was mounted kind of behind you, so you had to twist, and I'd just had back surgery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful suite with fridge/freezer, microwave and even a toaster in room. Nice exercise room and good breakfast selections. Coffee available around the clock as well.
