Pros: It is beautiful. The breakfast is to die for. The people here are so friendly, and attentive. They feel like family. From now on, we will stay here when we come to Little Rock.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were awesome! Quiet and peaceful. Beautifully maintained.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the bedding and the beautiful decor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is such a beautiful house filled with history, beautiful antiques and stories. It took 8 years to build this jewel. You cannot compare this beautiful place to any hotel in town. It's like a visit to a museum instead than staying at a regular/boring hotel.
Cons: I liked EVERYTHING!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The new owners, Antonio and Keith are very gracious hosts; they are both people persons and love to share life and stories with their guests. The breakfasts were first rate! Each evening they put out wine so the guests could enjoy sipping wine while sharing life together in one of the sitting rooms.
Cons: What's not to like? There were some renovations started, such as redoing the fountain out front and grounds keeping efforts in the garden area, so not everything was 100%. But that barely took away from the beauty and grandeur which was still there to see and enjoy. It will be fun to go back in a year or so and see the improvements.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The main house and carriage suites of The Empress of Little Rock were filled with history and charm. The luxury features in our suite such as the fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, aromatherapy steam shower, and balcony overlooking the Secret Garden provided a lovely respite from daily life! Our host, Webb, personified grace and charm as he welcomed us, toured the buildings with us, and treated us to an over-the-top breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property and its owners were better than fabulous! The home, the food, the hospitality, all A+
Cons: Since we were traveling with people who have bad knees, the stairs to the room weren't ideal (but we knew about it ahead of time). The bathtub with shower could use a stability bar for the "older" folks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s just a wonderful place to stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The veranda an interior furniture and decoration are fantastic and match with the friendly and personal hospitality of the hosts!
Cons: What can anyone not like? 10 out of 10!

4.0 Okay
Pros: The size of our room was great but my son was not given the room we ask and it was smaller.
Cons: Our son came in Sat for a wedding. Both times we ask we were assured that he could have a early check in and be close to us. He was given a lesser room and did not get in till about 3:15 which made getting to the wedding VERY stressful.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was ok
Cons: It wasn't anything to choose from...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best part of the hotel is definately the bed. My wife and I have stayed in cheaper brand hotels, and more expensive brand hotels in several different states, and this hotel had the most comfortable bed that we've ever slept in.
Cons: The only 2 things that I didn't like about this hotel. One was that there were no vending machines on any floor. The other thing was that the toilet paper was mounted kind of behind you, so you had to twist, and I'd just had back surgery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful suite with fridge/freezer, microwave and even a toaster in room. Nice exercise room and good breakfast selections. Coffee available around the clock as well.

The room was excellent ... great place not only for a brief stay but would be nice for a longer stay if needed.
Cons: We would have appreciated some fresh fruit on the breakfast bar for the cereal or waffles. Also the nuts offered for the yogurt and cereal/oatmeal were chopped salted peanuts and I would imagine most people would prefer some type of non-salted nuts such as almonds or walnuts for breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Desk staff was very course. Not familiar with their job.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Alarm clock had the wrong time by +3 hours and when we called to have it corrected we were told they were new and didn’t know how. See photo to compare photo time to what is displayed on click. Also there was a hose clamp on the shower rod that had the end cut off and when my wife went to close the curtain, cut her finger pretty good. Either cover it or file down the sharp edges if you have to leave it there. See photos.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful location on the river and nice downtown area.
Cons: Older rooms with musty smell, popcorn ceilings, stained bathroom grout, dirty windows overlooking the river. Just felt like it was past its prime and needed a refresh. Also, very few tv channels. Internet tv required subscriptions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located downtown with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Metro Streetcar was a great way to tour the surrounding area with an added bonus of riding for free. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on visiting Little Rock. We were on the 10th floor and at night, had an amazing view of the Main Street Bridge lights which changed colors.
Cons: Parking was pretty pricey at $25.00 daily. There were parking meters close to the hotel, but if you are staying for more than a day, that can be expensive as well. However, the Valet Attendants were very courteous.

Cons: We paid for the concierge floor and the club for the guests staying on 17th floor was closed for a private event. Feel like guests wanting those amenities and paying extra for them should have at a minimum have been told that they would be unavailable. The restaurant had a limited selection of dining options, better appetizer options would’ve been a lot better.

Pros: The hotel is very nice & the room was clean & comfortable. The location was great as well.
Cons: The staff here were terrible-NOT what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Luckily, we did not have to interact with them much. Be aware-you HAVE to valet your vehicle. We expected to pay for parking (no big deal to us-it's typical for downtown).

Pros: Excellent Breakfast. Front desk lady was great.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was great, needed a spot to stay close to the highway overnight during a rod trip. It’s in need of renovations, not in a face lifting type of way, but literally needs construction. I wouldn’t go for an extended stay, relaxing vacay. Nice variety for breakfast. Nice staff.
Cons: Room was rundown, scuff marks on walls and ceiling and bathroom needs work.

Pros: close to the airport
Cons: nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: There is good food but there was alot empty for the hot foods. We ate around 7:30.
Cons: In room 218 you could not walk around barefoot bc there was a huge wet spot in front of bathroom. Bc the vent on the ceiling located in front of the bathroom was leaking water. Which caused the wet spot. There was a mold smell bc of the leaking air vent. Bc of the leak the ceiling light beside the air vent had a strobe light effect. (Electrical shortage) Also no hand soap in the bathroom , the front desk was helpful. I told her about the light, water in the floor, and hand soap. She gave me 2 bars of soap and apologized about the floor being wet. She said she would take notes. The next morning when leaving the bathroom the water from the air vent fell on my coworkers face. That is how we knew the wet spot came from the air vent. Which is probably why the light has the strobe light effect. When checking out I informed the front desk clerk. She said she would take notes. I told her she should tell the manager. She apologized too.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing! Waste of funds
Cons: Everything
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. The only issue was dogs barking at night in the neighboring rooms but staff did address issues immediately
6.3 Good
Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable
Cons: The keying machine was broken...a staff member had to let us into our room each time we wanted to go in. That, of course, meant sitting around waiting for someone free to help us and all of he other people staying there. Her suggestion was to just leave our door unlocked! She assured me it was safe to do so. We stayed one night and wouldn’t do so again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were extremely helpful with getting us a room around 9:30 after we checked into another hotel and found black mold everywhere. We came straight here and got a room right away and the hotel employee at the front desk was amazing. She was beyond helpfu
