Just having difficulty with the returning of required deposit for using Visa debit card to my account. Have only received one deposit out of five rental agreements. Expediting the return of $300 I would think is very important to anyone renting with Enterprise. Otherwise, there are a great company with excellent customer service.Reviewed 25 Sep 2022

Even though a reservation was scheduled for a vehicle pick up for an hour earlier, the vehicle was not ready. Enterprise scrambled to get me a vehicle and it was dirty and not prepped for delivery. The Dodge Journey was one of the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ridden in. No map ability on dashboard screen to access or Bluetooth from phone. Car looked great! (Malibu) But. Staff annoyed at request for other available options. Car had noise/rubbing of rotors at speeds over 25. Rode terrible. Felt like we were going to lose a tire at any moment.Reviewed 5 Oct 2021

Pros:Everyone at this location are very helpful and professional.Cons:I would really like it if Enterprise put floor mats back into cars. It is much easier to clean a rubber floor mat than a carpet before returning the rental.Reviewed 26 Jan 2021

Pros:Not much too like other than car was fairly new.Cons:Car was not clean. Had to drive with windows down the entire time due to extreme smoke smell. Trash left in glove box. We were originally scheduled to have an SUV that we booked months ago and location gave it away to another costumer forcing us to either take a mini van or a small car. Location did not inform us that they were closed on Sunday when we were scheduled to drop off either.Reviewed 25 Jan 2021
