Pros:I hated literally everything about this rentalCons:When I select a specific airport I do not expect the reservation to be switched to a satellite rental office 30 minutes away from the airport and then be told by your customer service that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Time, effort, money, and stress added to travel is not something that is needed. In the event I consider using your services again I’ve requested friends to brain me with a heavy object. This state would be preferable to trying to the nonsense I experienced.Reviewed 15 May 2021
