WHAT I LIKED: Pickup and dropoff were in the airport terminal. WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER: The car initially provided had a large crack all the way across the windshield (which they warned me about at the counter in the terminal). This would have been very distracting and was unacceptable. After looking at the car, I returned to the counter to request another car, and had to wait an hour for another one to be ready (even though there were several other cars parked in the lot). The car was well-worn, with a broken radio. The rental price was $400 above what I had been quoted. On the positive side, the pickup and drop off were smooth and fast processes, and the car ran well.Reviewed 31 Oct 2021

Cons:No cars ready. Had to wait for over an hour for someone to turn in a car. They overbooked reservations. There were 10 people in same boat with me. Delay Delay Another Delay. They did not say sorry or offer discount.Reviewed 14 Apr 2021

Pros:The staff member was very helpful and friendly.Cons:The vehicle was smaller that what we ordered and it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband had severe allergies and the smoke caused a serious reaction. It took a bottle of Fabreeze and quite a bit of work to rid the smell for the return trip to the airport. My husband was not able to be in the car for the entire week that we had it.Reviewed 16 Jul 2020

Pros:The staff in Harlingen was amazing! A cold front came in so it was cold and pouring rain and the agent there went and got the car and pulled it right up close to the building so that I would not have to get wet.
