Pros:Nothing. They gave away our car. Staff was rude at Mobile Airport and basically just said, "We don't have any cars." No offer to help fix this, despite the fact that they didn't hold our reservation.Cons:1. They could have held our reservation--we did nothing to deserve them not having a car for us. 2. They could have offered to help find another car someplace else after they gave our reservation away. 3. They could have at least act like they cared that they screwed us.Reviewed 8 Feb 2021
