Hampton Inn and Suites Cincinnati - Downtown7.8/10 ratingout of 22 reviewsDowntown · $174 avg price/ night
The room that I had booked (double queen suite with sofa bed and refrigerator) was not the room I was given. When I returned to the desk to ask why, the host said my room was likely given to someone else and there was nothing he could do. I asked to be refunded the difference, and he said he applied a $30 credit to my room. My guests had a odd sleeping arrangement, and all of our food had to be thrown out due to having no refrigerator. After checkout, I was emailed a receipt, and I found that the credit was not applied. Additionally, the actual amount charged was about $30 more than the price which which had stated that taxes and fees were included. I am not satisfied with the billing for the accommodations that I received and do not plan to return to this hotel.
