Pros: Very clean and up to date but a lot of gray color everywhere - you need to add some moments of intense hues on wall or art for warmth. Very clean and comfortable room. The dining options were OK/fair but could be more attractive and comfortable - noisy, visually cold spaces. Service was good for breakfast and we were not charged when we asked for an extra egg for hash. Pros: Great location and very clean facility. I was going to use this as my new weekend getaway spot but not after this extra fee has happened.
Cons: I was over charged for my room. I got to the hotel and my room was cancelled after I called and they told me it was still booked. They still charged me an extra $150 because of cancellation....again, not my fault. What a JOKE!

Pros:
Cons: We didn’t like that parking was not included in the reservation. That was an added expense we didn’t know about till we got there. We didn’t know the WiFi password so we didn’t use the WiFi. Usually it’s on a desk card. We used our phones to find what we needed. Not much within walking distance open after 10 for a quick bite. Taking car out was not an option bc of the cost to re-enter.

Pros: The cafe for breakfast was good. The Room was very nice and the View of the City was excellent, I saw skating all night
Cons: 1. There was no Concierge . I expect that in such a nice hotel. 2. There was a nice full container of Fruit Water, but no cups to get yourself a drink. The desk had none either. They could not call anyone to get some. Very strange setup. 3. The area where you park or get a ride, there is no bench or chairs in the area. If you are waiting, the nearest seat is up the escalator/elevator near the check in desk. You cannot see the cars from there but if it is an Uber or Lift, you need to look at your phone to know of their arrival, then walk back down to the area, need 3 min to do that.

Pros: The historical look and motifs were the best part of the hotel. The bar is gorgeous as are the lobbies and elevators.
Cons: The rooms are cramped and it's not just that they are small, the bigger problem is that there is too much (or too large) of furniture in them so it is hard to maneuver around.

Pros: Very nice decor. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part.

Pros: The lady working night audit was very kind, personable and went down and got me an extra blanket and pillow. The gentleman working the breakfast buffet sunday morning was also very nice and patient with us as we arrived to eat at 5 mins until close.
Cons: Elevator card reader stopped working the second day.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The art & decor of the hotel.
Cons: The receptionist was not pleasant, the room floors were sticky & there was a used paper towel on the floor next to the couch. They put a dirty body towel-it had foundation/ make-up on it, which should easily come off after a wash. The breakfast ran out both days we had breakfast there and they had us go to HAMPTON to get some of theirs. The kitchen/breakfast staff did a terrible job replenishing the utensils, drinks, pastries & breads and even fruit and their service was so poor.

Pros: Its location.
Cons: The staff and the issues I had with the billing for the room. They charged me more than what they should have so instead of refunding me they charged me a 2nd time for the correct amount. I have still not received my money back.

Pros: The hotel and room were clean and seemed very safe. Room offered a small kitchen, seating, couch which was a full bed, king bed and nice bathroom. It was an easy walk to Paul Brown Stadium and to get food.
Cons: The bed was not soft at all. I have a bad back and this was horrible for my back which made the day worse. The person that checked us in was nice but the one checking out was not friendly at all. She acted like we were wasting her time. When she checked us out she said nothing to us. Breakfast must have went fast because it was cleared out when we arrived. No silverware, no food just scraps. We found the breakfast on other side thankgoodness! It was great and the gentleman watching and helping was super great to my kid.

Pros: Our hosts were personable and charming and their dog non-intrusive. A light breakfast of fresh food was welcome after a late night. The guest rooms and bath are clean. Bedroom decor is simple and soothing. The house has great bones and good potential. We were in town for a concert and liked being able to walk just a mile to Bogart's on Vine. I like watching the "This Old House" style of TV show and it was fun to stay with a couple who like to rehab older homes. It is a work in progress, but everything was neat and tidy by my arrival and whatever projects they are working on were not a hindrance to my stay.
Breakfast was fresh pancakes, bacon and sliced fresh strawberries and french pressed coffee ... WAY better than a hotel lobby breakfast!!

Good value and met our needs.
Cons: The place has zero curb appeal, not an obstacle for us, but has potential to discourage others. Long term ongoing renovations make this place more appropriate as AirBnB than a true B&B as the common areas remain in progress. Some people would be put off by the kitchen facilities such as they are, but that's for the hosts to work out, and they made my breakfast in there without a hitch, so none of my business.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Nice proprietors.
Cons: Facilities are quite run-down. Exposed beams and wall insulation in the bathroom, creaky floors, drapes held up by loose nails.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This is not a B&B. No sign outside. It was a spare, unlocked room in someone's house. Yard unkempt. Little furniture --odds and ends. Grimy. I would not have wanted to sit down, sleep, or eat breakfast anywhere there. Very disappointed. We found another place to stay.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The owners are very nice and were warm and friendly we chatted for 1.5 or 2 hours after my arrival and I really enjoyed them. Their dog is also very nice and adds to the charm.

Cons: The cement contractor showed up around 6:30 AM to finish working on the front sidewalk. The owners had tried to reschedule his work, but they were unsuccessful. It was a noisy way to start the day, but it was a "one time only" work project and won't be an issue for any other guests.

Pros: Pleasant host and hostess and delightful dog!
Cons: Hard to find!
9:00 is too late to serve breakfast for someone who is traveling that day! Not that I was sorry to miss it after she told me is was scrambled eggs - I am more used to things like quiche, breakfast casserole, etc. at BB's!
The host finally reluctantly agreed to come downstairs to carry our my luggage at that time. I was not able to handle it on the front steps because there is NO railing on the lower portion!

Cons: Parking is overpriced, the room was not what we booked and the front desk was not helpful in accommodating our reservation. The room is BEYOND outdated and DIRTY. Very disappointed in this experience

8.0 Excellent
Pros: my husband and I were there to attend the football game. The hotel was within walking distance of the stadium and we were able to walk there. We didn't have to deal with the stress of body to parking space.
Cons: My husband and I did not like the high cost the hotel's valet parking since we were already paying to stay at the hotel. we were not able to venture out and sightsee as much as we wanted to because we didn't want to pay to park again.

Pros: Location of the hotel, the lobby and elevator. The bed sheets and bedding are very soft and comfortable. The night lady is great and very accommodating. I really like your lobby and amenities
Cons: The fact that I was charged a day prior to my booking day. The bathroom tiles are not clean. The towels smell of grease. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

Pros: There was a full kitchen, living space and bathroom. All the amenities that one needs to be comfortable. And iron mans ironing board, coffee maker, television with cable, a doorbell. It was like a small condo. I would absolutely stay here again for an extended stay. There was also a 12 pm check out. That's always nice.

Pros: Location to great american ballpark and downtown area. Very nice staff
Cons: Old furnishings and carpet. Not very clean. Restaurant was closed. Challenging walk from hotel to parking garage
5.1 Okay
Pros: I liked the location. Everything was within walking distance which made it very easy to get around. I also enjoyed the size of the rooms; they were a good size.
Cons: When we arrived (approximately 4 o' clock), we were unable to check in because they did not have any single room ready with clean bedsheets. The lobby was full off people that has been waiting since the early morning. Staff had no idea what was going on and provided little to no help. Once we got our rooms, the keys would not work. The cafe food was forgettable and the decor in the rooms seemed to not have progressed after the 90's. I paid for valet in advance, but the valet guy made us park our own car AND then had to pay for parking. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Definitely not staying there again.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful and for the price it was nice
Cons: There renovating so there wasn't a restaurant and its very outdated throughout as of now so hopefully the renovations are more than just the restaurant
6.0 Good
Pros: Friendly front desk staff and very well located. My wife and I could walk everywhere. Great price for the location. Large room with Balcony
Cons: Toilet was not working properly so we asked to have it fixed twice. I ended up fixing it. Most recently updated room was still out of date. Bed was not very comfortable. Elevators also out of date.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There was a full kitchen, living space and bathroom. All the amenities that one needs to be comfortable. And iron mans ironing board, coffee maker, television with cable, a doorbell. It was like a small condo. I would absolutely stay here again for an extended stay. There was also a 12 pm check out. That's always nice.
Cons: The furniture and decor was a bit dated. And housekeeping came by too early.
4.0 Okay
Pros: the parking price is good
the person at the front desk was polite
Cons: -rusty fixtures in the bathroom
-bathroom mold
-bed feels like hay and cardboard (yes it is that bad)
-no comforter on bed
-old layout like converted projects (public housing thin walls)
-people up shouting all nigh off the balcony
-drunk and unrulies in the hallway (wifi signal stronger in hallway than in rooms
-if you have money to stay here use that money to go somewhere else
-not enough towels
-everything is old nothing changes since 1984
-cant use the kitchen as advertised (no use of stove top though the stove is there)
-gave us one flat screen and two of those old tv's with the bubble in the back
-never going back
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was in a convenient locationand the check in was fine, but the room was disgusting. It smelled, the place was filthy with stuff smeared on the wallsand the tv's did not work.
Cons: Place was awful.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Good location to Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark
Cons: The staff was rude and the room was disgusting. Basically as soon as we walked in we were disgusted. There were cobwebs all over the room, the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. There was dirt all over the kitchen and the stove was still greasy from the previous occupant. Living area was aweful. The bathroom looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in a while as there was hair in the sonk and tub and toilet was insanely dirty. I would not sugest anyone stay in this hotel.
6.5 Good
Pros: I like I had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, the balcony had a nice view
Cons: I was scheduled for a 5 night stay. A relative sided and I had to checkout after the second night, but I was still charged for all 5 nights. In a situation like this I could not belive they refused to not charge me for the other 3 night. Bad customer service. I would never go back.
Rooms wern't very clean either, and the oven in my kitchen didn't work.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location, the room was very spacious.
Cons: The hotel was very dated.
