I reserved a minivan for a weekend getaway and they didn't have one available. I was told at the counter that that all vans were reserved for the last 3 weeks because of a big event. With that being said my trip was ruined. Do let people reserve a vehicle if you dont have any available its miss leading and can ruin a vacationReviewed 25 Jun 2024

The first car to which I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to go back to the counter and wait in line behind several other customers to ask to be assigned to another vehicle. The representative, while not very pleasant and certainly not apologetic, did give me another vehicle, which was not very clean. The vehicle (Ford Escape) performed fine and then the drop-off on return was quick and easy.Reviewed 24 May 2024
