Pros:Staff were efficient and friendly (if not very helpful when trying to make changes).Cons:I booked a compact car because I wanted a fuel-efficient compact car. What I GOT was an SUV. Wouldn't change my "upgrade" even though there were quite a few compact cars in the Avis lot.Reviewed 20 May 2021
