There is no problem with Budget, it just the office to pick up/ drop off the car is not exactly in the airport. Is a bit far away, not a huge problem but a bit inconvenientReviewed 31 May 2022

Filthy car and terrible servicePros:There was absolutely nothing to like about the service or the car - Budget should be embarrassed and appalled that one of its locations would send out a car as they did.Cons:The employees don’t care at all about the customer - they cared more about closing up shop and going home than doing what was right which is simply giving me a clean car. My car was filthy - stains all over the seats - dirt all over the dashboard, used floss and dirty ear plugs left from last renter and garbage in main console. They didn’t even attempt to clean it or make it right.Reviewed 12 Oct 2018

Beware hidden fees!Pros:I could drop off the car in the city, rather than back at the airport.Cons:There were a ton of extra fees, even though I was insured by my credit card, that ended up making the total cost FOUR TIMES what was advertised! This included an extra national insurance fee ($300 for 4 weeks) that was apparently mandatory. Also, as an Israeli citizen, I had to pay an additional $90 fee/tax because of that. I cut my rental by 2 weeks because I couldn't afford all the extra costs. Also, Budget only reported 1 scratch when there was a dent and about 10 scratches around the car. There was no one at pickup to confirm, so I had to take photos to prove during drop-off that I didn't cause the dent or other scratches. This ended up being fine, but it was annoying that I even had to take photos myself and that Budget didn't do this in advance. The car was ridiculously weak on the uphills (with 4 passengers), but I guess that's to be expected with the most compact. Also, at one point the A/C gave out (i.e., no cold air) for an hour during a drive. It kicked in again after stopping for a while.Reviewed 25 Jun 2018
