The service could be better. I had to wait for about 3 hours to get my car. That was after a long flight. The car I got was old. It had more than 40k kilometers on it.

a 1 hour and 53 minute wait at the terminal parking lot to complete paperwork and receive car. car was mostly ok, clean except for the windows. the remote trunk open button would not work, not a big deal, but we found out later that the trunk would NOT lock no matter what, so we could never leave ANYTHING in the car. That was VERY bothersom. When dropping of the car, i did not get a receipt, i asked for one and was refused. i said "how do i prove i returned the car?" and was told, "just trust us, we are a Jews"

Check in process was awful, with waiting time more than 2.5 hours. Check out was also very slow with all the workers saying someone else would help. Customer service was also very poor. I heard the same complaints about check in from the other people waiting to check out. Bright side was the car. Was new and clean. However based on customer service and experience I will never be renting with Sixt here again and do not recommend them.

Check in process was kind of long and detailed. But to be expected in a foreign country. Check in was fast and efficient.

Reservation was not found and a new one had to be created, and was overcharged. Very long queue to pick up, less than helpful at dropoff.

First, lack of employees at the arrival counter! Come on, an International Airport and Sixt has only ONE representative to help customers. It took me over half an hour to be served. Car itself was good, with no issues issues. The main issue is that Sixt is trying to switch the currency that I booked under. I used Kayak Canada, which shows the prices that I'm paying in Canadian dollars. Well, after I booked and confirmed, Sixt is trying to charge me in US dollars!! That's almost a 30 % difference!! When I returned the car, at a different location, to 122 HaYarkon St., Tel Aviv and alerted the Manager Lior ( one of the nastiest and rudest representatives that I've ever met!!) He couldn't have care less!! Blew me off like I was a nobody!! I'll be stopping payment on the car rental till this is scam is sorted out!! All I can say is: RENTER BE WARE!!

Our experience was good across the board. However, this company needs to immensely improve their pickup operations. Our party of ten, including two infants, arrived exhausted after having traveled for 39 hours and it took nearly two hours to pick up our cars. It was 5am before we were on the road. The guy was friendly, but the whole process was tortuously slow! Also, customer service during the course of the rental is nonexistent. I was never able to get in touch with them, even though I tried at least a dozen times. They really need to step up their game.
