Very understaffed. They gave me a car, then wouldn’t let me leave because it was in someone else’s name. They had 1 person working the desk outside and he had to go get cars for people. It was very long and disorganized.Reviewed 20 Dec 2025

No one joined me to review its condition at the pickup. It had damage all over the exterior. The drop off parking was not indicated by any signage. Very hard to find. The key deposit box was also not indicated by signage. No one available by phone at 9:00 pm. No chat function at 9:00 pm. No directions to drop off parking on website.Reviewed 25 Nov 2025
