I picked up a dirty car. Then I called to ask to extend my reservation one day to which they agreed and gave a me a quote. To my surprise the bill for my rental was over 100$ more than I was quoted on the phone. When i called to contest they told me it was a late fee. When i protested that I called to extend the reservation they told me they had no record of it. I even tried to send them the phone record of me calling them the day before and talking for 10 mins and they disregarded it. Horrible company(budget) horrible experience.Reviewed 5 Jan 2024

Cons:Kayak Allowed me to make a reservation but when I arrived budget did not have any cars available to rent so why doesn’t KAYAK allow a reservation to be made if the facility has no cars available.
