The rental agency was supposed to stay open until 11pm. I arrived at the counter at 10:45pm and the shop was already shut down. Thanks for nothing, Budget!Reviewed 13 Oct 2022

Good car for our needs - Jeep Wrangler. Had 30k mikes but ran and worked very well on and off roads in Texas. The car wasn’t as well cleaned as one might generally expect but a little dust was not a problem for us. Gas wasn’t totally full but when we pointed that out they immediately marked it on our receipt and just said return it with more or less the same level. Helpful, friendly staff and super easy pick up and drop off at the smallish El Paso airport. All in all great.Reviewed 13 Mar 2022

Pros:It would have been nice if the business was open. The alleged rental place wasn’t even a business, it was a broom closet next to a hotel lobby.Cons:The business was closed I had to change my rental car arrangements and find a friend to take me to the other business essentially cutting two hours off my planned drive time.Reviewed 6 Jan 2021

Pros:NOTHING.Cons:I was HIGHLY unsatisfied with the customer service I recieved. The car gave me a warning light during my drive I called to notify the office and they assured me it was probably something minor. So I continued on with my Anniversary trip... later I smelled something burning and now I had two warning lights on..so I preceded to the closet budget to see if I could exchange the car... they informed me my car had to be exchanged at the airport, so I went there. I was informed at the airport that they could NOT accept the car even if it was having problems... they did not resolve my issue AND DID NOT assist me In how to resolve the issue they basically sent me on my way and said that hopefully I'll make it back to my original office... The problem I had took a ALMOST a day to run around trying to figure things out and RUINED my spouse and I anniversary... at the end of the trip I turned in the car and even after all the headache I was not even compensated or even apologized to for the issues... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEReviewed 4 Jan 2020
