Pros: The car smelt fresh

Cons: I could have gotten what I wanted and the time I wanted it. Your employees could use better interpersonal skills. Customers relations. Took me almost a week to get a car . I was not impressed I called and never once got a call back from any rep that I talked to

Pros: The staff was not friendly I was charged 30 dollars more during pic up . Also the car was parked in the basement parking lot I couldn't see every thing clear because it was dark after I drive out the car from the parking I call them to mention about there was detective at the edge of driver side door and I was told they check it with flash light i was on the phone 2 twice instead of hedding iff to my destination finally they told me to take a pic .

Cons: Customer service suppose to be more professional and help full instead of giving out the kie and expect you to check for any scratched wille the car was parked in the basement parked.

Pros: Staff was far from helpful. Seemed very miserable. I ended up cancelling my reservation

Cons: Let people know online when making a reservation. That you need a MasterCard. And that you don’t accept visa. Kind of shitty. Making a reservation online put all my info in. All my card info. Just to show up. And not even be able to get it cause they can’t swipe my Visa card. What a joke

Pros: The truck was clean.

Cons: 1) We reserved a car and when we showed up they only had two pickup trucks to choose from. 2) The had the vehicle in 4-wheel drive mode, instead of 2-wheel so we drove three hours in that mode. Would assume that we got worse gas mileage. 3) Overall gas usage, and cost, was higher just by using a big truck instead of the car that we reserved. 4) Big truck made is almost impossible to find a parking spot when driving in downtown Calgary. Truck was almost too high for the parking garage for the hotel that we stayed in. 5) Finally we were charged the rate for a truck as opposed to the rate for the car that we reserved. A

Total frustration

Cons: They over booked thier office. My reservation was a premium. They had one car. Ford (in no way it was premium). I agreed. They they slapped me with 100 km a day ONLY. my trip to jasper is 700 km. Thats lots of money for over mileage. I told to terminate and send me home. We didn't go anywhere. My wife and little kid were extremely sad and disappointed. Terrible experience
