Opening hour, easy to get and drop from airport.Cons:
The winter tires didn't included by default in the rent! In Canada during the winter, it's impossible. I needed to add 20$/day extra cost. So I double the amount of my rent. The car was no smoking car. But I never drive a car with an heavy smoke smelt inside like this! The next time I come back to change the car before left the parking! So keep no smoke in no smoking cars!10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Booked a Tahoe online and when we went to pick up the car and was signing all the documents, noticed the price was more than 4 times the price. I showed them my confirmation but the time my just told me there must have been an issue with the booking site. There was no mention of this before I was about to sign and they would not honor the confirmed price I had so I left and went to Alamo who gave me a great deal. Thank you Alamo. Scheduled my pickup from the airport for 11, but they did not have a car ready ( I was 10 minutes early as my flight was ahead of schedule) I was upgraded to a B class car and loved it! May have changed my mind on wanting to purchase a jeep because I loved the Chevy Malibu so much. My first time renting a car, and was very pleased.Cons:
I wasn't offered any kind of km deal, which is fine, but it would have been nice if there was a package since it is roughly 400 kms from Edmonton to JasperBudget

Windshield deductible of $100 after paying $7.99 makes no sense for one rock chip. We know they will just repair the windshield until it actually cracks. It's the first car rental that's ever hit me with an additional insurance and $100 charge thereafter for a rock chip. Overall a bad experience.10.0 Wonderful
