Pros:I reserved a luxury car (Cadillac or similar). On arrival I was told there were no luxury cars.I was offered a VW SUV instead. Not exactly a luxury car, or even similar. I was given no explanantion. The rate was adjusted, at least.Cons:Could've had the damn class of vehicle I reserved.Reviewed 27 Jan 2020

Pros:Your company is not synchronized with Alamo car rental availabilityCons:I would like you not to make reservations if there is no availability of vehicles because you not only made me waste time, but you put me in difficulties , since the Alamo company denied me the vehicle arguing that they did not have available vehicles.Reviewed 30 Nov 2019
