|Top route||London Gatwick to Belfast Intl|
|Top airport||London Gatwick|
It is a low cost airline so, like all is them it is more of a flying convenience store than anything else but for short flights you know what you have and it is fine
Was refused access to the plane. Easyjet more interested pushing car rentals or hotels booking than making sure travelers are set to go thru COVID-19 hurdles. 300 euros totally wasted. Thank you easyjet.
Speedy boarding is a joke ! It just means that your the 1st on the shuttle out to the aircraft. Then everyone else piles on & your the last off so are last on the plane & all the overhead lockers above your seat have been filled up.
Cons: Seat numbers, check in capacities
Pros: The crew didn't give me headache for practicing my religious duties to do my prayers in the galley, as has become a new practice in some class airlines recently.
Cons: The seats don't recline. I'd preffered that they would do.
Cons: They could offer a bottle of water for the people who payed the extra fee for the sitting in front
Pros: Quick boarding and landed earlier than scheduled.
Cons: The air-con was too cold. The seats don't allow you to sleep as there's no where to rest your head against.
Cons: There is literally no way to contact this company, even with the pandemic going on, to cancel this flight. I tried so many times and different ways.
Cons: Not cancelling this flight and 5 other flights.
Pros: Flight crew, especially the lead pursuer is very good and demonstrated a professional and courteous attitude
Cons: seats don't recline, no entertainment system
Cons: Easyjet does not offer corona rebooking - bad!
Cons: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!
Pros: On time, smooth and professional
Cons: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)
Cons: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.
Cons: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.
Pros: Price. Efficiency
Cons: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress
Pros: Competent crew
Cons: Very late
Cons: Terrible boarding after 2 hours.
Pros: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.
Cons: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.
Cons: Was good flight overall, clean, friendly staff,
Cons: The attitude of ground staff
Pros: It was very quick and arrived ahead of time.
Cons: Flight not on Time Super hot temperature on board (almost unhealthy)
Pros: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.
Cons: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.
Pros: I was given trouble when boarding the flight
Cons: Better customer service
Pros: That we got home
Cons: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late
Cons: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel
Cons: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue
Pros: Great crew and comfortable seat
easyJet offers a wide-reaching network throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. The airline has its largest operating base in London; however, it has more than 25 additional hubs throughout Europe. Many of these are located in large cities such as Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Milan. In addition to a large number of domestic services throughout the United Kingdom, countries with multiple destinations include France, Germany, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
Flying as a low-cost carrier, easyJet delivers competitively priced fares with minimal onboard amenities. Operating costs are kept low by scheduling direct services between its large spread of hubs. easyJet Europe and easyJet Switzerland are subsidiaries of the main carrier and focus on targeted markets.
All passengers are seated within a 3 x 3 economy cabin, meaning you may want to pay for a reserved seat to avoid being automatically allocated a middle seat. Healthy snacks are available for purchase onboard. A carbon-offsetting option can be added to the price of a fare to minimize each customer’s carbon footprint.
Exclusively Airbus planes are flown by easyJet. Aircraft that are suited to intracontinental trips, such as the A319, A320, and A321 series, are most commonly operated. The jets range in capacities, with the A321neo model one of the largest and capable of carrying roughly 235 passengers. While the fleet is painted with a simple white and orange design, some aircraft feature dedications to figures such as William Shakespeare or major cities like Barcelona. Several aircraft have also been named in honor of former employees, with their names printed underneath the cockpit windows.
