Delayed
Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage
punctuality of flight there was 1 hour delay
Too many hours of delay ( 4)
The crew was exceptionally kind. Communication in terms of gate changes could be better
The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.
Pros: Plane on time, new plane, nice crew.
Cons: Ability to move seats.
Pros: Professional and safe
Cons: Better boarding (lines too long)
Pros: I did not fly
Pros: On time
Cons: We got sanatizer when boarding which was so small like a stamp, useless
Pros: Seats are ok but unable to recline
Cons: Keep up the good work
Cons: Very very bad.
Pros: Crew were very professional
Cons: The seats
Pros: לעלכלהלכ
Cons: עלכללט
Cons: Lower the aircondition temp, it was hot in the plane during flight
Pros: - the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced.
Cons: - on board WiFi -
Pros: Flight duration
Cons: Leg space, cabin bag allowance more than 5 kg. Water at least to be served onboard a long distance flight.
Pros: The offert of 5 euro discount on Duty Free products when you buy some food over 6 euros.
Pros: The crew was ok. The seats no conmfortable.
Cons: Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride..
Pros: It was enough fast
Cons: Too much money for nothing service.
Pros: The food options were amazing and the wine was very nice!
Pros: Fast and smoothy check in
Cons: After arrival to budapest not platformy ready and waiting over 10minutes
Pros: Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft).
Cons: Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair.
Cons: Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that.
Pros: Stewards
Cons: Uncomfortable seats
Cons: You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company.
Cons: not charge me for carry on luggage
Pros: Friendly crew
Pros: The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that.
Cons: Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip.
Cons: Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!
