No juice, no coffee, no tea. Plane took off late, and lost our luggage. Crew onboard were being trained. There was nothing positive to say about this flight.
Nothing.
Nothing really.
Unfortunately delayed
All good
On time. Flight was delayed. I think was poor planning on behalf of west jet. Flight crew had to go from one plane to next walking across the airport. They should have planned their timing better.
Great flight! Friendly crew, smooth flight.
The boarding was quick as the plane was late to arrive. Most of the crew was great with the exception of Simone who appeared grumpy and complaining. She was not personable at all with anyone she interacted with. The other crew members were good
It is a very long walk to the boarding gate at Pearson. Likewise, upon return. The little wash cloth at the beginning is highly unusual and quite unnecessary.
YYC ground crew weren’t ready on our arrival and we sat and waited about 20 minutes on the tarmac for them to bring us to the gate.
Stood in line to check our bags for about 2 hours. Then waited for a ground crew tho get off the plane
You guys fucking suck 😒 wasted my fucking day Over these delays we live in 21 first century and yet you can't manage too keep your customers happy you fucking loser owe me for the delays you cost3d me
Very professional cabin crew, were very attentive
Took a 60 min flight to have no crew assist us to the gate and wait on the plane for over an hour!
A cup of coffee would have been nice instead of just water.
3 hour delay. Wasn’t notified before arriving at the airport. Mass boarding not by zones.
Our 4th WS flight in last 6 weeks and the afternoon/evening menus in Premium Econ haven’t changed. But small issue with otherwise great and friendly flight crews
One flight member had a nasty attitude.
No food on the plane offered to purchase or liquor . Pretzels for the whole flight
Lined up for ever to check in on arrival. The drop bag line took at least 2 hrs to get checked in
Plane needs entertainment screens
Flight was incredibly smooth despite warnings of rough skies by pilot at start of trip.
competitive price with free carry on bag. I just wish they didn't charge for seat selection.
5.5 hour flight and no food service other than cookies and pretzels. Arrive on time but then waited 2 hours for luggage. 2nd time in Calgary where luggage has been temporarily misplaced!
Boarding in Halifax is still very inefficient and slow. If I compare the boarding in Halifax with boarding at different airports all over Canada this one is the slowest.
Flight was cancelled. Better would have been communicating an alternative flight on the same day.
Small plane. Premium seats not premium
The check in process was a prolonged gongshow of epic proportions, close to two hours from arriving at airport to check in.Boarder and security 10 min which was pvr’s responsibility. Checkin was all westjets
Second time in Halifax the same ground flight attendant doesn’t follow the policy or rule of priority boarding.
Very good
On board WestJet flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 53x38x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the WestJet assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
