Late take off

Poor service ! Water need to be free and a little snack for 3.5 hour during the flight. Tarom company need to take lessons from Turkish Airlines.

There was extreme turbulence for 10-15 minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. There was really nothing to complain about except a regrettable 5+-hour layover in Bucharest.

Nothing to eat or drink was offered except water.

This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service.In the end, I made my connection anyway.

Cons: The airplane from Athens to Bucharest wa terrible, very old, smelling bad, not maintained, and noisy

Cons: This flight seemed very chaotic at the beginning. It was late. When we boarded it seemed uncomfortably hot inside. The stewardess doing the flight announcements talked very quickly and ran everything together.

Pros: Nothing. The plane was not clean, seats were awful, the crew was noit happy to be working that day

Cons: The Bucharest Airport is like an overcrowded cattle barn with 10,00 cows. It was a wild zoo. No real lines - just push your way in. The baggage drop was like a comedy skit - it you use this airport be prepared for chaos, not many signs and procedures that were old in 1890.

Pros: Very bad expirience they btoke my laggage and 2 laggage come one day afrer

Cons: DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE they lost my luggage on this flight and their customer service won't even answer the phone. I'm not sure if I'll ever get it back, AVOID AT ALL COST
