Pros: nothing
Cons: Flight delayed by 9 hours with no explanation. It is a free for all at boarding. Plane is very old with the least amount of room I have had on any plane. Staff were no friendly.review from

Pros: Flight crew was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: After the flight time was changed twice in the days prior, we arrived to the airport three hours before the time posted on the website. There was no crew at the counter to provide us with boarding passes. The security team at the airport in Aruba needed to intervene as the ground crew at the gate refused to send someone to the check in counter. After pleading for an hour, they finally sent someone to give us boarding passes so that we could then proceed through security to the gate. The security team from the airport was nice enough to escort us all the way through customs, immigration, and security so that we would not miss our flight.review from

Pros: Food and drinks served were pleasant.
Cons: Our seats were in front of the spacious emergency exit seats and they were tighter than the rest of the plane. We were scrunched in more than the rest of the passengers which was very uncomfortable.review from

Pros: The simplicity of checking in at a no hassle airport. Great price but could be cheaper.

Pros: Very bad service, Suriname Airways cancelled outle flight which has been booked since Sept 2016 and changed it to Sunday July 30 causing problems with car rentals & hotels that have been since Sept as well.

Pros: Great service and they always serve a meal unlike most airlines where you just get nothing . I love this airline and I have never had any problems with them.
Cons: Plane is old so there really isn't any entertainment to speak of. The tickets are cheap for a reason so I could really careless about entertainment. It's a small airline, you can't expect them to have the best.review from

Cons: The worst problem was the horrible wait time to get our luggage at Miami. Actually only the first half came out after an extended time frame, and then we had to wait 15 minutes more for the rest of the luggage. Very poor customer relations, although probably not directly connected to Suriname, but people were not happy about Miami's lack of organization in handling the luggage.review from

Pros: This was the 1st time my wife and I have flown Suriname Air. Price wise you cannot beat them. This is the only airline that comes to Aruba from the US that offer a free meal. We will definitely fly with them again to and from Miami.

Pros: The staff were great on the return flight. They smiled and made small talk with the people flying. They brought me an extra meal which prevented me from going into diabetic hypoglycemia. Thanks for everything!

The best way to get to Guyana!
Pros: The flights were on time both ways, we had friendly air hostesses and the flight crew was very helpful in getting my wife and I seats together when the check in crew failed to accommodate us. The meals and snacks were fine. While the aircraft appeared to be aged, it was comfortable. The fares are excellent compared to that gouging Carib Airline.
Cons: There wasn't anything not to like-no stopping in TT and no snooty high and mighty Trinis to deal with.review from
