Bleah instant coffee. Uncomfortable seats, crowded. But an otherwise uneventful trip.
Head steward was good, though I had no direct contact with him. Uncomfortable seating, cold. It was a red-eye so I was probably extra grumpy though.
Sun Country's gates at MSP were roomy and nice. Staff were polite and helpful on the plane.
Got an email saying the flight was cancelled about a month ago but it looks like it was not. I had to buy a last minute one way ticket due to this “cancellation”.
Lady at the front gate in Phx skyharbor airport was horrendous and treated me like dirt. She moved me and my 3 year old next to the bathroom and wouldn’t give me an explanation. I’ve paid $500. I’d like a manager to call me in regards to the reimbursement I was promised for my daughter.
Flight attendants were great! Seats were a bit small.
Not having an almost 10 hour delay. Once landed having a place to depart would be nice and once arrived no staff to get us off the plane. It’s 1am. Kids are crying because they are tired. Worst flight.
Flight was almost on time. Flight attendants was bitchy at best
Stop with all the mask talk and wise cracks like “it’s not a suggestion”. STOP!
Canceled flight on my way to LA, no reciprocity with other airlines to get me there on time. Flight out of LA was delayed 2 hours. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Literally hours of waiting for callbacks. Honestly might be worse than Spirit.
Late departure 1+hr after away from gate.. not much for updates as to what was going on Could have started service sooner or at least asked about water...
Unfriendly staff, the pilot never announced anything during the entire flight including we’re at altitude, what the weather was like at the destination how much time is left if we were ahead or behind schedule etc. Very funny gay gene flight crew.
If we were updated about the delay earlier.
Easy boarding, plenty of overhead space, entertaining staff, good progress communication, and on-time arrival.
Loved the first class seats. More room to stretch out. Fast boarding.
You could have planned better to not arrive 3 hours late.
Long travel delay without airline even offering snacks or anything to passengers while waiting. Airport doesn't even have water bottle filling stations available.
They said my duffle bag carry on was too big after already approving it at ticketing and then made me pay to check in my bag in..
I liked the Friendly helpful staff Would have like more food options.
Just about everything could have been better. Virtually zero signage in Palm beach airport so couldn’t find them, had to magically know they were hidden by Spirit desk. Plane broke and caused a 5 hour delay. Can’t hear any announcements. Crew was friendly, flight once we took off was ok. Lighting in the plane is atrocious and anxiety inducing. Barely a drink service on a 3 + hour flight. Definitely no snacks. If I had other options to fly to Minneapolis in the future, I’d pay more for a better airline experience.
No snacks Pay for seats Pay for carry on bags Constant mask warnings.
Price was great. Paying for selecting seats and overhead storage was not nice. Nice new plane. On time flights in both directions.
They have you pay additional money for your flight as you are checking in (not even for luggage, just for your flight). You pay for each seat per leg of the trip an additional $10-28.
They are not transparent with their pricing. They add on extra charges for everything. After you purchase the ticket, be prepared to pay additional pricing per passenger per seat per leg of your trip. I paid an additional $44. They require you to pay the difference upon check in.
The plan was supposedly on time, but we boarded late and sat on the runway for quite awhile.
Didn’t get to go as David is in the hospital. Unexpected emergency but not covid. Couldn’t get refund because we were on reduced fare without insurance. He is still hospitalized.
More online available content would be nice
It was better than I expected being a budget airline. Seats were comfortable, the flight attendants were nice, and the pilots had a smooth take off and a gentle landing.
