Pros: Close to the cruise terminal, the staff were very helpful even though we speak no Chinese and they spoke no English. Comfortable and quiet, would recommend if you're staying the night before boarding a cruise.

Pros: If you are planning to embark the cruise ships in WuSungKou Cruise terminal in Shanghai, this is the best Inn to stay, very good location, walking distance to malls and restaurants within 5-7 minutes depending on the speed of your legs ^^

Pros: The breakfast was so good. It was our first day in China and getting to eat such good Chinese food was a treat. This was not a 5 star hotel compared to a Hilton but was compared to a Best Western. People very friendly and helpful. Very close to the pier for our cruise.

Cons: Staff could'nt speak english, fiance was trying to have a non spicy lunch, however, it was VERY spicy for him, food menu should have english options as well.

Cons: I did not like the fact that , their English was not good enough as they where unable to communicate without Google translator . They should be able to employee other staffs that can speak English which will be good value for international customers
