Location

Room smell, Parking fee, no coffee in the room, coffee in lobby wasn't very good, no breakfast.

Close to airport

No control over the ac in your room, had to open a window and hear the noise, people could see in and bugs flew in. Elevator was very slow, out dated, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Clean

Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. We asked for coffee and they told us to make it ourselves. They didn't care for my questions about the airport shuttle either. Most disappointing was the unknown fee of $12 per night to leave our car.

Great staff

We had been a cruise ship and it arrived a little bit earlier than anticipated The front office staff were very professional and were able to accommodate our schedule. Also very helpful in suggesting things to do and reasonable transportation A pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Great place to stay for the airport

Rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly. Love that they have a fridge and microwave in the room. Can't beat the location, less than five minutes from the airport with a free shuttle, but no airport noise made it into the room. I highly recommend.

Very close to SeaTac and shuttle was quick.

Computer in lobby to print boarding passes was terrible. I realize many people use smart phones but I still like to have the paper in my hand. It took a lot of messing around to get boarding passes printed.

Front desk was pleasant and very nice

Walls were very thin, we could hear noises in hall and even ABOVE US!!!! it was annoying. Shuttle service was slow and driver was busy talking to friend while we waited to make it to airport to catch important flights! I had to interrupt his conversation which made me uncomfortable.

Great access to airport

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. We selected this hotel because of our positive experience with Red Lion Hotels elsewhere and because of the airport shuttle. We weren't disappointed.

We would have appreciated it if the room included a complementary breakfast, but not a deal breaker.
