Appreciated early check-in
The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view overlooking the San Francisco skyline. I also like the fitness center and the location is awesome close to great restaurants and shops
The bed was not very comfortable and difficulty sleeping. The mattress needed to be firmer. Waiting for the elevators can take a long time, perhaps because we were there during Christmas and there were a big number of families staying at the hotel plus it was hosting a group of collegiate football players for an upcoming big game.

The location is great. Close to transportation, restaurants and a CVS/Walgreens within one block of distance. Check in was easy and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
I have stayed at this hotel before and all rooms were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, this last time I was traveling with another person and a baby, and the room was very small. It barely had any space to store clothes and had to keep moving the crib back and forth as there was really no room for it.
Gym is decent and has a great view

Staff was good. Our lunch experience at the hotel was very nice because the staff went out of their way for our 13 year old who was celebrating a birthday.
We had people overhead who made who disturbed us for well over an hour. After calling the front desk to complain it stopped about 30 minutes after our call.
The staff was great specially the greeters at the door and baggage handlers
