Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and city, making it ideal for travelers. Many found the value for price to be excellent, especially with included amenities like breakfast and shuttle service. While some staff were described as helpful and accommodating, others were seen as inattentive or unprofessional. Cleanliness was mixed, with some guests noting clean rooms while others mentioned dirty carpets or pool areas. The breakfast and pool received both positive and negative feedback, with some enjoying them and others finding them lacking or poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good budget option with standout location and decent amenities, though there is room for improvement in service and upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and comfy. Beds were super soft and comfy. Good breakfast. Location was easy to get to. Staff was friendly. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) My kids were excited to go swimming. The pool water was dirty and cold. It didn't smell like it had any chlorine in it. It was kind of gross.
Pros (+) hot tub & indoor swimming pool, helpful staff
Cons (-) Having to leave
Pros (+) Room was quiet, couldn't hear traffic from the freeway.
Cons (-) Overall this room was good until I pulled the covers and sheets back and found a bug crawling on the bed.
Pros (+) Good price and location
Cons (-) Shuttle service is shared with many hotels. On ride from airport there was no room for us and we waited 35 minutes for it to return. The next morning despite scheduling an 8:00 departure, the shuttle never showed up. Staff was not helpful, involved or informative in dealing with it. I had to force him to call driver who said "he forgot". Otherwise, hotel is mediocre.
Pros (+) Nice and dark at night. Bed and pillows comfy. Airport shuttle was right on time.
Cons (-) Not too well soundproofed, not super clean. Some hair in the sink, a little stain on a corner of the sheet.
Pros (+) The price
Cons (-) Room was dirty, curtins didn't cover the window, and staff was rude.
Pros (+) Nice and clean and comfortable great price
Cons (-) No water pressure and no hot water
Pros (+) Coffee was good
Cons (-) Got so called upgraded to a two queen bed room from a king bed room due to a so called door lock problem. Would have preferred a king bed
