For a budget hotel, this was up to date and well appointed. Also, it's the closest to the airport with a shuttle service that starts early enough for a 6 am flight.

Very clean room better than expected with 2 queen beds. Good lighting. Comfy beds and pillows. Good wifi and Cable TV channels. Ref, microwave and coffeemaker and hair dryer all in room. AC very good also. Breakfast so-so only eggs and sausage available in hot items but still good for price along with waffles. Location a bit out of the way and nothing convenient nearby ie grocery. Pros (+) Sheets and bedding were clean. Close to airport.
Cons (-) Carpets were dirty. Furniture was dirty. Walls were thin. Leaky plumbing. Etc.

Pros (+) There shuttles runs anytime you need it I left at 430am nice hotel for the price compared to others in the area I'll stay again if I'm back in salt lake on business
Cons (-) Could be vacuumed better and found a long hair in bathroom counter I don't know how the maids missed that

Pros (+) Front desk staff was friendly but was short staffed when we called for things. We liked the location, very close to airport, because we needed to be at the airport by 4:30 AM. The room was quiet. The elevator was great!
Cons (-) Did not like the guys hanging out at the front desk while we were checking in. I had to call the front desk for a pillow and then an alarm clock. The room could use an update. The outlets, lights & furniture are in peculiar spots, one doesn't match the .other's placement. The couch was totally unusable, it was sunken and looked very old and used. There was no table, just a built in desk.
