Less talking over tannoy. Too loud
Kudos to the staff for their patience and professionalism. Next time, please stop serving alcohol to Romanian male passengers who are clearly not able to drink with measure. Appalling behavior.
Everything could been better
It’s great service, nothing new all was grand
Pros: Cheap, saved me when I was in a pinch, and easy check in. I loved being able to check in on the app and check my own bag!
Cons: It was difficult to understand what the flight attendants were saying over the intercom. Between the masks and the intercom, nothing came across well. Please continue to wear masks, but perhaps find a clearer way to communicate for those of us that are hard of hearing. I was too embarrassed to say “what!?” 84 times. It’s not their fault.
Cons: allow a carry on bag to be same as international standard in size and weight. Do you expect international tourists to buy carry on bags that fits your specifications for size and weight? Why do not except same size as other international carriers?
Cons: They Said I can t fly . Wtf !
Cons: My friend faced a problem he was booking the flight through your site by kiwi.com and he coudnt do the check in because he dont have the email and the password so he had to pay 60€, so i hope if the kiwi.com notes this matter.
Pros: The whole thing from start to finish was excellent
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Flight left on time and left early
Cons: Endless sales in cabin of duty free items
Cons: Hold checkin counter open to advertised time
Cons: Food and drinks for free
Pros: All was fast and organized.
Cons: Could be goo to have water free in flight.
Cons: Be honest
Pros: I wasn’t even allowed to board because of their huge lack of knowledge And misscommunication
Cons: I wasn’t even allowed to board because of their huge lack of knowledge And misscommunication
Pros: Lovely crew, comfortable seats and bang on time.
Pros: Quick boarding and arrived early.
Cons: The seat was very very small for an average size human and the seat belt was on max.. No social distancing between seats
Cons: Lead turblence
Cons: Barely any covid measures. Brussels airlines uses staggered disembarking. Row per row. Ryanair still does the usual “every man for himself”.
Pros: Seat super uncomfortable
Pros: Really smooth, comfort and easy
Cons: Sanitising products free on plane, stewards using gloves
Cons: I wasn't on this flight. I wasn't able to cancel or refund it.
Cons: A working ladder and door
Pros: On time no depay. Peacefully flight
Cons: Price of ticket
Pros: Nothing
Cons: With Ryanair even if you break your leg during your trip and you’ll need an emergency trip back home they will make you pay a double seat (2 tickets because you have to stretch your broken leg) + 50€ commission on that second ticket. A 3€ for a small plastic water and of course a physical screaming/aggression from their staff while you are on a wheelchair. Thank you. Always a pleasure. You never surprise me.
Pros: Nothing amazing its opposite, ryanair.com its the worst airline in Europe or maybe on the world. EU parliament should closings this airlane
Cons: no chance to be better, I think its all Passenger should expect only its will be worse
Pros: Rate. Didn’t like the charge of 55 pounds when I couldn’t check in on my phone. But the person at the desk was pleasant.
Cons: Cheap and cheerful!
Pros: flight late so crew dismissive wanting to get people on board, during flight was ok
Cons: smile it helps
Pros: Not much
Cons: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.
On board Ryanair flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Ryanair assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
