Cons: Flight to go on time

Less service for same price

Pros: The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe.

Cons: Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight.

Short flight

Pros: The service was good even for such a short flight (20 mins)

Cons: Was an old aircraft so the interior could do with updating

Bumpy ride

Pros: The sense of really flying!

Cons: Some of the turbulence.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Limited baggage allowance , check in clerk over officious and totally unhelpful. "Safety" factor re weight used interminably, why not upgrade fleet if safety is so important ? Asked how I was to get luggage not on flight , told " not my problem , read fine print "

No refund or credit given

Cons: Rang 6 hours in advance to say miss a fight from Brisbane to Adelaide due to flooding in mount isa bus delayed for 3 hours and was only let know 20 minutes after bus was suppose to leave charleville . Would have been nice to get a credit.
