We were told at check in that my wife and I will be sitting together. We were not. Our mistake was we did not check our seat assignments on the boarding pass until we got on board. At that time there was no solution because the flight was fully booked.
Everything
I liked it being a direct flight…improve on food presentation, taste and how they serve their clients.airfare is expensive-clients deserves good service…the crew particulary on this flight is too noisy-the crew talks a lot. With me drifting on and off to sleep thinking it was my fellow passengers making “talk noises”. But when I decided to checks who were making this noises it was the flight crew chit chatting behind the curtain. And I am flying business class-flying out of manila at 10 pm. I need peace and quiet, and I did not get it .
Everything fantastic thanks so much
The check in they do so much checking our luggage’s. You can hear the tapping while you are in line it sort of annoying. Anyway, the rest was great.
The aircraft from Dubai to Manila doesnt entertainment facilities. However, the flight Manila to Dubai was great and the aircraft is big with entertainment facilities, ans great food.
All Excellent!!

When on flight the crew was great. The checkin was also great. What Philippine Airlines need to improve is the boarding process and being on time it is bad when the times I have flown with them they are always late which costs me more do to additional parking fees missed connections.
iwas thirsty the whole night, no one approach me to ask if I needed a drink!
Everything was ok except that one of my checked in baggage which was new lost 2 of its wheels and so I filed a complaint and hope they would give comoensation. otherwise, everything was good!
Assistance to getting into gate and my flight since it’s my first time flying.
Excelling flight, excellent landing. Good foods. My only complain that I paid for my seat and my seat was beside the restroom. Flight attendant are friendly.
This trip was canceled by the airline and we have never been repaid or rescheduled despite many inquiries.
Pros: Everything except food
Cons: More food choices like Non-Red Meat items
Cons: Good choices like non- Red Meat
Pros: Crew was extremely nice and helpful
Cons: Ancient 777 seating
Pros: Ahead of departure time
Cons: Snacks and should have inflight
Cons: Food
Pros: The entire experience went perfectly. Everything was prompt, smooth, and on time.
Cons: Nothing. A prepared traveler, is a good traveler. These are different times. Understand there are limitations for everyone. Focus on the basics. Do your homework. Read the airlines’ travel updates. Bring minimal gear. Be EARLY. And lastly, be grateful for getting a flight at a great price. If the flight went smoothly, don’t complain and moan about the little stuff that has nothing to do with getting from point A to point B. It’s a struggle for all of us. Please understand that.
Cons: Excessive time to get ticketing in the beginning. Poor passenger handling and lack of caring by checking in and airport agents
Cons: . I was shocked to see social distancing was not implemented with no seats apart and I was in the middle of four seats. If the journey is as important as the destination, then it already failed the minute I was seated in a very intimate setting alongside strangers and seeing the economy class fully booked. The airline defended this by saying they have special economy seats but I complained that this is not equitable since the seats are limited and not everyone could afford an upgrade. Even if they could, the passengers would still be seated side by side and the total number of passengers aboard a tight and enclosed space or load factor is still very high. The airline’s policy was so inconsistent with the very rigid rules of the different government agencies upon disembarkation.
Cons: Other than the better seating, business class on PAL is like economy on most airlines. Lousy food, half a glass of generic wine. Screen is too far from seated position, the remote didn’t work, and it was a long stretch to use the touch screen. Seats were not that comfortable for sleeping.
Cons: Plane was Not full, enough social distancing.
Pros: The crew were attentive & accommodating.
Cons: Food was not that good at all.
Pros: the seat are comfortable. Flight stewards are responding to anything I need but on the downside, lavatories are clogged most of the time ( maybe because too many are using it.) Another issue is the travelers card, the letters are printed too small that seniors like me can't read it inspite of the fact that I'm wearing my eyeglasses.
Pros: Yes, the crew were amazing.. since I was booked In the economy class, it was not that comfortable but good enough.
Cons: There are not much choice for food aside from the usual that come from the airline catering service.
Cons: The food.
Cons: Not enough drinks offered for 15 hr flight
