Seats are incredibly uncomfortable, pilots are newby, would avoid when I can
1,5 Hour delayed.
I asked for face mask when boarding the airplane but to my dismay they did not stock COVID-19 face mask onboard and it would have been okay but the crew member said "you should have bought one" which totally is disrespectable and not appropriate as this totally goes against their policy of COVID-19 deterrence policy which they have laid out in their online app as well as their website. Although I made an online complaint regarding this matter....But so far nothing has been said or done! Very disappointed.
Seats and meal should be included in the ticket price
Meal should be included in the price and seats
Everything fine apart of the airport staff in Izmir ,about the airline nothing bad to say .
very bad
Fantastic flight
There wasn't much communication and reassurance in terms of delay of the flight. They offered water and some cake only after 3 hours as we were taking off. I ordered 1 noodle and lots of drinks, they charged me two, she said she needed to take a photo of my card which I said no to. Then I said OK we ll keep the 2nd noodle although we didn't need it, just to end the bad situation, she grabbed my bag as I was holding it to get the wallet out and she accidetantally hit the boiling noodles and spilled over my hand and really hurt me, a colleague Brought an ice bag thankfully. This made my journey even worse than it already was with the 3 hour delay of the flight.
Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.
The check in at the air port was appalling - disorganised - unhelpful and extremely slow - unfriendly supervisor and it caused stress for many travellers who were not sure if they would make the flight - no customer care displayed - it was a shambles
Bad customer service 😑
The price is great, but not even getting one check-in bag allowance is terrible, especially at over $50 per checked bag when purchased online ahead of time. The flight was late, and any food or drink you must pay for. Again, the price is great, but you get what you pay. I also feel that every Pegasus landing is so hard and fast that the pilot is trying to see how hard and far he can pound the plane into the runway!
I love everything
They want to charge 250 euros for an extra bag and made my sister miss her flight.
I liked that we could pre order and pay for meals. Crew was super efficient and got everything exactly right and of course we didn’t even have to ask it was all super seamless I wish other airlines would do this.
Pros: Departure on time, arrival ahead of time.
Cons: There is FAR TO MUCH chatter on the PA system. Cut the crap man! There are to many wining kids on board. DONT SELL TICKETS TO PARENTS WITH SMALL KIDS. They are VERY annoying.
Pros: The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints.
Cons: The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :(
Pros: nothing
Cons: Airport team ask me to pay for 1kg and I have Already pay in Dubai as I was have 30 kg + 8 hand bag and 3 personal still she don’t like to talk and ask me to go and pay it’s will be my last fly with guys
Pros: Flight was on time. Crew handled a dispute between two passengers effectivley and professionally.
Cons: Not charging for a small bottle of water would be nice.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The seats more comfortable.
Cons: They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all.
Pros: Good legroom
Cons: Just perfect and on time
Cons: No good planning for cabin baggages, caused ~2 hour delay, sitting inside the craft.
Cons: Unfriendly staff and very uncomfortable airplane. Seats were bad
Cons: Staff are not friendly, airplane was old and seats were very uncomfortable
Pros: Great boarding , on time! Friendly helpful staff . Just really good experience
