Cons: I think in the inner hallways they might need some scent as the halls and lifts smell of food. For example at Nakar Hotel they must put Molton Brown in the air con as everywhere you go it’s smells beautiful. Apart from that it’s a stunning place to stay.

Pros: There are 4 hours of sauna/swimming pool/gym time each day included in the stay. I enjoyed the sauna and the indoor swimming pool very much during my stay. The breakfast was great, especially the omelet. I opted for a room facing the sea and could watch the sunrise. It was beautiful.

We arrived early in the morning and a room was not available until check in time however, the staff gave us a map, showed us where to catch the hop on hop off bus and allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for no additional charge. When we checked in we were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar! It rained on one of the days we were there but the hotel had umbrellas we could use for no additional charge. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Cons: When I checked in the girl made a in appropriate comment . In conversation she made the comment that I would not be able to get a room with a balcony at the hotel in my lifetime. Rude behaviour. Everyone one else was very nice and polite ,I enjoyed my stay very much except for that. I work as a chef on large private yachts so I understand service . Thank you.

Cons: This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Sawing, drilling & hammering from 9am til 3pm. At 1st they said there was noting they could do about construction next door, then I said to move me to a room away from it. They moved me up 5 floors which helped a little but I'll never stay there again. The 2nd morning it sounded like housekeeping was moving furniture.

Cons: Breakfast was not really fresh, tomatoes cut before a long time and same the fruits. Only omelet, not boiled or fried eggs, sometimes burnt taste. We spent 9 days there and no change in breakfast, all over the same every day. The staff welcoming the customers to the breakfast room, after they sit and ask them the room number while they eating. Fresh bread, but forget about pancakes as they don't exist! Reception not really helpful when asking for something, like a brush for the toilet, fridge broken and fixed after 3-4 days, room not changed and we were asking every day for, and same answer ,,we try tomorrow,,.....

BTW there's a large underground car park,up the same street, which charges 5 Euros a day if you park without taking the car out. Or you can park for free on the surrounding streets if you can find a space.

Just for anybody to know, the city underground parking is just in front of the hotel and costs less than what would you pay for hotel's parking (5 eur vs 8 eur) - this was correctly pointed out for us by the staff which also mentioned that this area has many free on-street parking places we may catch with a bit of luck... which we did! We appreciated this hint. The room was very clean and comfortable and cleaned daily just fine. The hotel itself has a lot of personality which we also appreciated.

Pros: Booked the junior suite with private pool. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Not as clean as I would of liked, when the room was turned over in the morning the staff did not replenish tea and coffee facilities and dirty towels were reused... We also got stuck in a lift one night.

Pros: polite, helpful staff. great location, liked the quirkiness of the funicular up from the street. one of best views, if not best, in palma from balcony, across the port to the cathedral. and 1 euro fifty into the centre on the bus. may be little bit difficult to find as main reception on small back hilly street, we were lucky to find on street parking for our car.
Cons: we used the indoor pool and think it could be explained more clearly that the shower facilities are in the fitness suite which is in a separate room not directly accessible from the pool. so have to walk down a tiled corridor to/from the pool.

Cons: The manager of the property Rafa was extremely rude to me for no reason and refused to serve a vegetarian option at the restaurant, he also shoulder barged me when he stormed off. It was highly unprofessional and I promptly left the hotel and asked for a refund. When I said I would complain he changed his attitude but still didn’t say sorry. I do not recommend this property as the manager clearly not suitable.

Cons: The staff varied from very helpful to unhelpful. Maybe because it was out of season... My room also smelt of bleach, like a coach that's been cleaned after someone's been sick. This smell dissipated on the second night though. I didnt mention it to the staff as I didnt want to make a fuss but they may have remedied it had I done so. My friends' room smelt fine so I was just unlucky.

Cons: We walked from center to the hotel. It was very tricky to find it because there is no big sign which says Hesperia. I called 2 times to get help but nobody picked. So, a bit struggle to find but in the end we managed.
