Pros: Great location and friendly staff, My only negative was that there were no details about the hotel on arrival. There was a TV channel but no sound or instructions so no help at all. The room was as expected but I had no idea about breakfast or bars that were open or swimming pools etc. Jazz club was great for both food and music especially the Jamming sessions on Monday nights.

Pros: Breakfast is a huge advantage of this hotel. Super tasty, tones of stuff to choose - from freshly made hummus or smoked salmon to classic scrambled eggs or pancakes. Rooms with balconies are having an amazing view to the pool. Bed was super comfortable, room equipped with all you need - cosmetics, hairdryer, sleepers, towels and bathrobes. Nice indoor swimming pool with super hot water.

Pros: Breakfast is a huge advantage of this hotel. Super tasty, tones of stuff to choose - from freshly made hummus or smoked salmon to classic scrambled eggs or pancakes. Rooms with balconies are having an amazing view to the pool. Bed was super comfortable, room equipped with all you need - cosmetics, hairdryer, sleepers, towels and bathrobes. Nice indoor swimming pool with super hot water.
Cons: Minibar should be refilled every day but with the first two days, it wasn't so we needed to ask the reception twice.

The hotel even left a complimentary bottle of cava and a slice of yummy cheesecake in the room, as it was my birthday - very unexpected! Fab roof terrace with comfy seats and the hotel is in a great location! Only down side was the doors that closed off the bathroom from the main part of the room kept coming off the runners. I will return though. Next time I will use the spa!

Cons: Booked a massage in the spa and the receptionist told me to come early to take advantage of the steam bath and sauna before the treatment. So I went there 20 minutes early only to find the door locked. Had to go back to my room and call the receptionist who then came and opened for me. Would have been nice to have been informed that someone from the staff had to let you in or if the key card had just been coded to open the door to the spa half an hour before the treatment. Had requested early check in. Upon arrival was given the opportunity to upgrade to a superior room for 50 € as this room was available and our booked room was not. At checkout I witnessed another group of guests that had requested early check in being offered a free upgrade for the same reason. Felt a bit strange...

Cons: This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Sawing, drilling & hammering from 9am til 3pm. At 1st they said there was noting they could do about construction next door, then I said to move me to a room away from it. They moved me up 5 floors which helped a little but I'll never stay there again. The 2nd morning it sounded like housekeeping was moving furniture.

Cons: Glass door into bathroom with gap around edges. The shower did not have safety flooring and no non-slip mat was provided. I slipped but fortunately recovered my balance without injury. It was not possible to open the shower room door and step directly onto the towelling bath mat. In addition the shower leaked slightly into the bathroom.

Cons: The hotel was very far from the main area of Mallorca. Upon booking the property some reviews said it was a 20 minute walk but it was more like a 30 minute walk, and we are young and fit. Also the property says it is a 12 minute taxi ride from the airport but it is at least 20 and minimum 30 euros. Also one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was because we wanted to use the pool being somewhere hot (coming from England). Other properties I looked at booking all wrote on their website the pool would be closed in December. This hotel did not have that so why I booked it. Upon arriving they told us the pool was closed. I said that was the main reason we booked the hotel and the response was 'well you can use our spa for 2 hours for 9 euros.' No apology or anything. Very misleading and disappointing for us. Also the cleaners were outside our door from 9am speaking loudly on the radios, slamming doors to other rooms and moving furniture very loudly when cleaning which woke us up both mornings, which was very annoying as we wanted to sleep in being on holidays. Overall it was quite a disappointing stay and I would not recommend - stay somewhere closer to town with a room that will not disappoint when you walk in.

Pros: As a solo traveller, the Level Lounge is an ideal place to chill in the evening with snacks and drinks. I’ve stayed here before and would definitely stay again! All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was most comfortable too.

Pros: The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Nice bathroom. The hotel is light and airy and decorated with interesting art and artefacts. Slightly out of the old centre: however it's only a 20 minute walk (possibly there's a convenient bus)and the hotel is really close to the harbour. BTW there's a large underground car park,up the same street, which charges 5 Euros a day if you park without taking the car out. Or you can park for free on the surrounding streets if you can find a space.

Pros: Very nice hotel close to Palma’s city center. We had a very big room with a nice terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable and there wasn’t any noise during the night. We tried the spa and it was nice too. A very good choice if spending some holidays in Palma!!

Pros: Very professional and informative receptionist. Just for anybody to know, the city underground parking is just in front of the hotel and costs less than what would you pay for hotel's parking (5 eur vs 8 eur) - this was correctly pointed out for us by the staff which also mentioned that this area has many free on-street parking places we may catch with a bit of luck... which we did! We appreciated this hint. The room was very clean and comfortable and cleaned daily just fine. The hotel itself has a lot of personality which we also appreciated.
