The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities are very good.
The pancakes at the breakfast are not made on spot - in fact these are frozen pancakes which sometimes were just defrosted and still fridge cold. The manicure and pedicure services at the spa were not of the quality expected.

Sanitary installations partly old like even in a suite the toilets are not separated from the bathroom, we had to argue to get a room we booked but still never had sun on the balcony
