The location over a beautiful beach with spectacular views . Good in-house facilities and a hotel this is taking the safety of its customers seriously. We stayed here the first week post Covid and probably the first proper week of the holiday season. Things were as you would expect a little uncertain and a bit confused. It seems as though the hotel had removed everything from the rooms such as cups, glasses and coffee refills or things people Would normally touch, we think due to health and safety, but all you have to do is asked them to be sent to the room Or replaced. Patience is key here and an understanding that we are still Living in uncertain times. The Spa was only available per family per hour by appointment only. Which was In fact nice to have a private space to yourself. Breakfast as I understand it was also a very new way of working and everyday it seemed to be differently organised. Teething problems for what is a lovey hotel in a lovely location. As the season moves forward I expect they will have it perfected.

Only stayed one night Nice hotel. Good breakfast Very nice that they gave me a room with a sea view Poor gym Unfortunate that there was a problem as no water at 7am, but they did eventually get it working again by 7.45

Hotel is located on the beach and nearby Palma. The view is amazing from the room.

Disappointed by the services offered by hotel that are below standards for a 5* hotel: - some restaurants/bar were closed - spa was closed - overall staff service below standard for 5*

Not much happening around that area. Rooms were lovely but Didn’t think its was worth 240 euro a night. However, still a lovely hotel

I had a serious situation at this hotel, I woke up to see a person standing in our room watching us sleep, the person was standing at the door that joined two rooms with the door not closed completely behind them and could see a lil bit of light from the next room, I screamed that’s when the person went in the next room and close the door, I was terrified and called the reception. staff did not do much even after I called sounding very distressed no one even came to check on us. All they said after I called again to find out who was in our room was, the person next door apologised they didn’t realise they had gone in the wrong room. I am still traumatised by the experience

Amazing views from the hotel, beautiful balconies on 5th & 2nd floor with the stunning sea & mountain views. Very luxury lobby as you walk in. Staff was very nice and very helpful, solved all the issues immediately.

It absolutely didn’t seem as a 5 star hotel the moment you walk into your room, it is very small for a standard room for a 5 star hotel. Especially when you pay 250€ per night. First we booked a standard room, from booking.com on the pictures it showed the street view and seemed to be light. When we checked into the room, we were shocked as it seemed like a basement with small windows , all dark and view to the wall of the building literally. However the staff was very helpful and changed our room to the one on the 8th floor. Thank you for that. It was lighter but that small that you couldnt have two luggages open on the floor same time. The water in the shower was stuck all the time , the door of the room at first wasn’t working and we couldn’t even open it when cleaner came... The pool and its area is very small, its literally a size of a big jacuzzi and that’s it. We expected much more from this hotel , the only spot we really enjoyed is the balcony from 2 & 5 floors of the hotel. For this price not even breakfast was included! Also the lift was very slow, sometimes we just used stairs because it took way too long to arrive on our floor.

Check in took 45 minutes because the young man on reception couldn’t find our two bookings. He kept telling us we only had one room booked. We had to dig out our laptop from our luggage to give him the two confirmation numbers.

The staff and rooms were very good. They were extremely helpful at all times and they really did aim to please.

I really did not like the limited menu’s at the restaurants. After 11pm there is literally nothing available from room service except basic a sandwich selection. I also thought the whole room service and restaurants at the hotel had a poor selection which meant even when we were tired and wanted to stay we had to go out to eat. Also service even for a drink upstairs although very friendly seemed very under staffed and therefore long waits to order and to get your drinks. Also for a large part of our stay the one lift out of the two were not working. We had a pushchair and spent long periods waiting to get to pool or breakfast / reception.

The location was great, place was spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful. Rooms were amazing and bed was comfortable.

The pool is super small, the beach is OK but not brilliant and is public.

it took me 3 days to have my frigobar supplied with water and beer. The answer was, they do this only during the morning... I really don´t care, if it is a 5 star hotel they need to attend this minimal requirement when I asked them instead of giving excuses.

Beautiful beach & cleanest sea waters I have seen in a long while. Staff is truly friendly and welcoming at every step.

the fact that is is cquite close to cala major.

the hotel is big and beautiful but the rooms that do not have a balcony are too claustrophobic. no day light and no ability to open the windows. you smell the old furniture and ur only option is the AC in a more or less dull room.... i also asked many times to upgrade me to a room with a balcony but they always answered that the hotel is fully booked. i didn't appreciate, i didn't feel there was any effort made. the swimming pool is extremely small compared to the fact that the hotel is by the beach and on an island... it should be the first thing they think of upgrading. the seats are super limited. to go to the beach it takes two minutes as it is right by the hotel but it gets extremely crowded and you have to pay your bed and umbrella... and lastly, the SPA in a 5 stars beach hotel... it should be all about well being and SPA. it is extremely small and non usable in summer as the jaccuzzi is extremely hot and impossible to use. the neighborhood has some good sypermarket, but it is not the "IN" place to be... it takes ten minutes to get to palma by taxi which costs around 10 euros.

Cleaning of bathroom, “hit and miss”! Replenishing amenities( coffee/shampoo/ towels) etc. Ad hoc! Once pointed out, all things were sorted but for a 5 star hotel these things should be basic requirements! Pool area is very small and there was no policing of bed hogs whatsoever!! Imaginary invisible people “saving” beds for most of the day! Hotel needs to move things if no one has sat there within the hour....perhaps!

We were happy to return to this lovely hotel having enjoyed our stay 2 years ago. The outlook and position are fabulous - and just a 5 minute taxi ride (around 10 euros) from Palma town. The beach is beautiful and the view from the terraces and bedroom stunning. The buffet breakfast offers a good choice but the menu for ordering items to be cooked fresh is limited. The terrace areas and bars are lovely - with an exclusive feeling and generally the service is good.

The staff vary from very friendly and helpful (most) to unsmiling and unfriendly. The furniture in the bedrooms could do with updating - a bit chipped and tired looking. When we arrived the fridge was not working and mouldy inside - though it was replaced as soon as we informed reception. And the door fell off one of the cupboards and was never reattached. The contents of the minibar were limited. The pool is small though this doesn’t really matter as the beach and lovely sea can be found at the bottom of a few flights of stairs. Not sure what the accessibility to these lower levels is though - would need to check if bringing someone with limited mobility. I would still recommend as the positives of a lovely view and communal areas outweigh the negatives.

Then non-ocean view room is super small and feel like you’re living in a box with no view of the outside world. Upgrades to ocean view room and it’s nice.! So don’t rent the non ocean volume room because it’s a rip off. Go for ocean view!!!!
