Pros: We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. The rooms and public areas are designed to a very high standard, very comfortable and welcoming. All the team members we met were friendly and accomodating. The location is great, it's a short walking distance to the town centre without being too close to it.

Pros: We were treated like celebrities at reception. I would recommend everyone to upgrade to the Red Level. The quality of service is remarkable. Dedicated lounge. Fabulous rooms. Beautiful views. I can't say enough! We love this hotel!

Cons: The room was way too warm because there was no possibility to turn off the heating. Needed to keep the window open all the time. The choice of restaurants is limited. The main restaurant is too expensive and the bar has limited choice.

Cons: There was some building work going on in the hotel so quite noisy in the mornings and the cleaners were vacuuming with the doors open (so added noise) Would be even better if there was a pool on the top floor Difficult to unload bags if arrive by car (as no drop off zone in front of hotel)

Pros: Reception Mr. Pfau. He was very kind and helpful. Flexibility to store baggages when arriving earlier than Check in time. Breakfast. Spacious rooms.

Cons: Room 210. lots of noise from the street. Sleeping was really difficult. No Airconditioning during winter. If the room becomes hot, we couldnt open the windows due to noise. Wardrobe doors were jammed. No racks. Quality of bathroom materials.

Pros: Breakfast is a huge advantage of this hotel. Super tasty, tones of stuff to choose - from freshly made hummus or smoked salmon to classic scrambled eggs or pancakes. Rooms with balconies are having an amazing view to the pool. Bed was super comfortable, room equipped with all you need - cosmetics, hairdryer, sleepers, towels and bathrobes. Nice indoor swimming pool with super hot water.

Cons: Minibar should be refilled every day but with the first two days, it wasn't so we needed to ask the reception twice.

Pros: The breakfast was, indeed, incredible. The whole place was very laid back. The indoor pool was great for the kids

Cons: Breakfast had a limited choice of hot food. The coffee from the machine was horrible as was the orange juice.

Pros: Excellent location, free unlimited spa including jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish baths. Good room with great balcony and excellent bathroom. Buffet breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon as well as cheeses and other options.

Cons: No parking and no discount at nearby public car parks costing 24€ daily. Found an alternative at 14€ per day at ElParking.com Slight smell of drains in the bathroom at times but to be fair it was just a little, so it was bearable. A single lift for 9 floors. Overall a little expensive for early December.

Cons: Main reason for booking was the spa facilities. Arrived to find that the steak room and sauna were only in use for two hours in the morning and Teo early evening so wasn’t able to enjoy in the afternoon, when we couldn’t do much else as it was raining. The jacuzzi was in use all day but was not warm at all at any time. When we advised staff that it was Luke warm at best and not at all what we were expecting, they simply advised that it is something they were aware of. Booked a junior “suite” with sitting area. The lounge / sitting area is just two armchairs behind a glass divide facing the wardrobe. Meanwhile the tv is in the other half of the room facing away from the seating area. Complete waste of time, and far from a “suite” or “lounge area”. Would not go back to this hotel

Cons: This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Sawing, drilling & hammering from 9am til 3pm. At 1st they said there was noting they could do about construction next door, then I said to move me to a room away from it. They moved me up 5 floors which helped a little but I'll never stay there again. The 2nd morning it sounded like housekeeping was moving furniture.

Pros: The surrounding is nice - all sights and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Nice staff at the reception desk and good breakfast with fresh fruits. Great view!

Cons: Unfortunately there is no gym like officially offered at their booking. Some hairs on the floor. And no free drinking water.

Pros: Pretty much everything, lovely staff and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The rooms are modern and I found the bed very comfortable . No pool so if I return it would be in the winter again but in superb position to explore Palma.

Cons: Not much to dislike. Maybe my room was a bit small but it was a single so I'm being hyper critical. Also no tea or coffee making facilities in room.
