Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had laminate flooring. It's very close to the airport.
Cons (-) The lobby smelled like smoke and it's a "smoke-free" hotel. The shuttle didn't start early enough for us.

Cons (-) When we arrived at the airport and called to the hotel to send their shuttle, they mentioned that they did not have a driver at that moment. Instead, the front desk offered to cover our taxi expenses, which I thought was fair, as long as we provided a receipt. Also at the time we needed to get to the airport for an early flight, they did not have a driver in the time we needed, so we used an Uber....

Pros (+) Close to the airport, free shuttle most hours
Cons (-) No laundry facilities and no laundry service so I had no celan clothes to fly home. Shuttle didn't run until 6:00 a.m. so I had to take a taxi
Pros (+) It was close to center city Nashville and there were many places to eat and go around it. Employees were pretty nice.
Cons (-) The room smelled a little like smoke, even though it is a smoke free room. The maid never cleaned our room, she just gave us one towel and left.
Pros (+) Very clean rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle from the airport was fast and efficient and the one to downtown Nashville was also convenient. Great for the $ spent.
